  I had a really great experience at AutoZone, thanks to Omar Ramos. I walked in pretty frustrated dealing with car trouble and not knowing what was wrong. It’s an older car and the dealership wanted $600 just to take a look at it, so I figured I'd stop by AutoZone first. That's when Omar stepped in and completely turned the situation around. After a quick battery test, we found out it was bad. Within about 15 minutes, I had a new battery and was back on the road, saving me a ton of money. On top of that, I grabbed new wiper blades, and one of his crew members jumped up to help me install them. I honestly thought they would laugh at how little I knew about cars; but the whole team was patient, helpful, and made it easy. Big thanks to Omar and the team for going above and beyond. This is exactly how customer service should be done. Highly recommend!

  Man you guys really are trash. The customer service is horrible & the manager isn’t helpful at all. When you work at a place like this you should generally try and help the people out, you guys (every single time I come in) are in the back or have one register open. It’s a struggle coming here because I get let down every time and don’t plan on coming back to this specific location. 😒 they should really think about considering the customers more.
