It was so easy, low pressure, straight to the point, just made the whole experience fantastic. Looking around the lot they have a number of really nice, newer used cars that are difficult to find. In speaking with them both, they are true car guys who have excellent knowledge and are honest. Very happy with my purchase and they would be my first stop next time I need another vehicle.

- SSSharon SealJul 29, 20265.0I was told by the local VW dealer and another auto garage in the area that I needed new rear brakes on my 2024 Jetta that only had 13,000 miles on it. I took the car to Auto Import Specialists and they said I had 7mm of wear on the rear brakes and 10mm of wear on the front brakes, not 3mm as I was told by the dealer and other garage. So, instead of having to pay $900 for brakes that I did not need, I paid $74 for inspection of my car. I am grateful to AI for this and renewing my faith that there are places you can trust. Thanks again AI!
