- DTDavid TJun 18, 20261.0Don't bother trying to get fairness here. I reserved a parking space over the app because I had a late unload at the Kroger up the road. When I finally got there, NONE of the prime parking spots were available. I went in and told them that I reserved, and they said they couldn't do anything but give me a refund. I told them I didn't have much time left on my 14 hour clock, and they just shrugged. I asked them if they could go out there and get one of the drivers obviously parked in a reserved spot without a reservation to move, and they wouldn't do that either. When I said I'd have to park somewhere for the night, the manager at the time told me that I couldn't and if I did, she'd call the cops. So, she couldn't do anything about the illegal parker, but she could punish the one who followed the rules. Eventually, I took my refund and left, but this was a horrible experience. They showed no regard or care for the person who did everything right even when they knew leaving meant I could end up with a log violation. What is the point of reserving a spot you desperately need if the people who run the place are too cowardly to make sure that the customer gets his spot? I hope Loves or Petro open a plaza nearby so that truckers can finally have options and that the store finally has a reason to actually get their act together.

Has to stop at another gas station and added time to my trip while trying to get home. Not impressed with the lazy staff either.
- JKJimmie KingJun 14, 20262.0Checked my credit card and a $200+ pending charge at every Pilot where I purchased gas. This goes against my credit limit and can add up on a long trip. My solution no more Pilot gas. After over 3 weeks 1 of the pending charges went away but others still there.
