  Got in immediately and was done in 10 minutes. Oil was pumped out through the dipstick tube, so no damage to the plug or over/under tightening. No mention of the filter or options, so I left off a star, but the people were nice and got my oil changed quickly. They had a 50% off discount, but only up to 5 quarts and my Altima takes 5.4, so even with half off it was still over $60. Still better than full price.

  So I just left this location. Stopped in on my way to work saw the advertisement for half off oil changes. While I was there they exploded oil all over the inside of my engine and all over my windshield. They washed it off with a jet of windshield washer fluid. And my windshield wipers so I now have a lovely oily film all over my windshield and windshield washer fluid down the inside of my car door. They did not communicate very effectively also did not have my air filter on hand. And so they went ahead and ordered it however they didn't explain that's what they were doing they didn't explain how long it would take. Meanwhile as I stated at the beginning I was on my way to work. When I told the man to just put my old one back in because I have to go to work. He responded with well it's already on its way that doesn't change my statement none however they threw away my old filter until I had to wait anyway. Will never come here again recommend Strickland Brothers

  The staff at the Valvoline in Seymour was very nice and efficient. I went during their grand opening sale of half off. Service was great and quick. Definitely a great place to have your oil changed.

  Drove from North Vernon for a 1/2 price oil change. $76.39. My last service 7 months ago was $92. Full price. Service was quick and friendly. Too quick tho. I pulled out and checked everything. I noticed the oil filter was not replaced. It has the date of my last service hand written on it. When I went back in to ask, the staff assured me that they DID change the filter. When I showed the date on what was on the truck, the staff started blaming other employees as it was someone else’s job. They did refund my money, but who wants that kind of service. My invoice says everything was checked. It says my indicator light was reset. It was not. It says my oil filter was replaced. It was not. How hard could it possibly be to be HONEST AND ACTUALLY DO THE WORK YOU SAY YOU DO AND CHARGE FOR. I would rate this place as being crooked. BEWARE Mr or Mrs Owner, Thanks for the auto response, however this review is not for you. It is for your poor customers. It is very unethical to charge for parts or services not preformed. It is clear on the invoice, the paperwork says you physically changed an oil filter and reset the mileage. With the date written on the filter of the last change. It is still on my truck. When I asked your staff if they changed my filter, the answer was YES. I understand mistakes happen, but this was just unacceptable. You should be very proud.

  Great guys here. Didn’t catch his name but he was super helpful. I was getting worried about my car on a long road trip and they fixed us up quick and easy. Even got a good discount to top it off.
