  We rented a standard suv crossover for a week and ended up getting something even nicer than we thought we would. Didn't have any issues and thoroughly enjoyed the rental experience.

  If I could leave zero or negative rating I would this is the second time we scheduled a pick up and they are closed the first time we waited an hour and half for home boy to come back from “lunch” two hours later than the note he left on the door this time no one was there and we called another store for them to send someone up here to help us so we have to wait 30-45 mins for someone from Clarksville to show up

  Unreliable and zero customer service. I made a reservation online on Sunday, 1/5 for Monday, 1/6 @9 a.m. and no one shows up to work that day. We were 4 hours from home and was going to return it closer to home but no accountability when we called (855) for customer service/explanation ESPECIALLY when the rental car company directly across the street was open for business! Only thing with them was the rental had to be returned to them. Our friends in Illinois rented a Jeep Wagoneer from New Lenox, Il (Enterprise) and came to pick us up.
