  Service department is terrible. With all the fees and not completing work. I had to go to a local tire shop to get the job finished. I called Subaru of America and complained, they suggested I call the dealership. I called the dealership explain a bit and now they said I need to pay the 200 fee to see what the issue is. Just beware of the Service Dept.

  To the management and owners of Zeigler Subaru, I am writing to thank you for your outstanding service not only in Indiana but in Wisconsin as well. My journey with Zeigler began through a friend that had previously bought a car there from your salesman Joe Amore. I was introduced to Joe through my friend when I applied for a beautiful 2023 WRX Premium with only 280 miles on it. Originally I thought it was a typo. It was not. Joe made the buying experience the easiest it has ever been while buying a car. Joes relationship with me did not end with the purchase of the vehicle and your finance department was top notch as well. I travel for work and right now am working in Mt Pleasant, WI on a Microsoft Data Center project. The hours are grueling. I shared with Joe many photos of how I chose to spend my summer and put my new car to use. He seemed pretty stoked. During that time my keys were lost in a outhouse and there was noway I was going to retrieve them, I don’t believe anyone would have. I remembered Joe telling me I had gotten the best warranty and the Fobs were covered. Being in Wisconsin I did not have my paperwork with me and Joe ensured to let me know of your sister store in Kenosha. Omg what a blessing. Not only that he made sure to get all the paperwork to the store so I could get a new FOB asap. This goes above a salesman's duties and should be commended. The dealership in Kenosha was just as professional and welcoming as the branch in Schererville, Indiana. Fast-forward to about a month ago I had to have a surgery on my hand and I was coming home from surgery. My clutch had went out and I thought it was the transmission as well. Subaru roadside assistance was great. The tow company picked up my car in a timely manner and when I got to another dealer, they would not give me a loaner car because I was out of state. I tried leaving Joe out of this because he did enough. I was stranded though and not knowing which way to turn. I called the Schererville branch and Joe answered the phone. He’s always been very friendly. I explained the situation and he goes Scotty. That car is under full warranty. They won’t give you a loaner I said no Joe. At that point, Joe took over and put me in contact with Fox Arnold. Fox could not be more accommodating and friendly. They told me to get the car towed there and I’ll be taken care of. I was set up with a loaner the next day and shot straight with Fox about how I had driven the car and miss shift once Fox said, let us dig into it and see what’s up. He set me up with a great loaner vehicle. He could tell I was more than stressed out from surgery from being stuck and from not having a vehicle he kept me in the loop the whole time when the car was finally diagnosed. It turned out to be a bad clutch probably from the mis shift. He showed me photos and being a mechanic myself. I was very thankful for the knowledge that Fox has. He even waited for me on a Friday night a couple minutes after his shift to see me off when I was coming back from Wisconsin and heavy traffic. The team that has been put together at Ziegler Subaru in Wisconsin and Northwest Indiana is second to none and the management and owners should be proud. The way that Joe and Fox handled any of the situations that I dealt with all the way through have made me a lifelong customer and it’s more than appreciated.   We are a two Subaru family and bought both from Ziegler. Wanted to shout out the service department. I have worked primarily with Steve and Cody. Both have been outstanding. They are helpful and honest. Every interaction has been defined by courtesy and kindness and they have gone out of their way to be accommodating. They take the time to listen and make you feel more like a friend than a customer.

  I just got off the phone with the service, I bought a car from here and owner’s manual told me to call dealership I apparently made the wrong call and I apologized the service guy told me that I should be.

  Went in to look at the Ascent, the salesperson Audry Love was amazing. With the promotion they had going on, she was able to work with the gm Bryce and put us into a brand new one with more options then we were hoping for and less then we expected to pay. Great place and people!
