  I just recently purchased a 2020 Subaru Legacy from this location. I’ve experienced an issue with a clogged AC condenser drain tube and it’s saturated my carpet. Upon further inspection, there’s mold water damage. This service team has gone above and beyond to make sure I am informed and taken care of through every step of the process. I would like to give a special shout out to Fox Arnold with out whom I would not be able to navigate this situation as well as I have. He should be recognized for his outstanding customer service and especially in this day and age. His communication is top-notch If you have any doubts or have been burned by other dealership service departments, I would recommend choosing this dealership

  I bought a Subaru from a used lot (not them) about a year ago. I brought it to them to get the whole car checked out and get some basic maintenance done. Oil change, fluids topped off, tires rotated, any anything else needed. When I went to change the oil recently I found the drain plug was completely stripped by the last person to do it. I brought it back to Zeigler Schererville to see if they could find a way to change the oil or remove the plug and they charged me $1000 to get the whole pan replaced. Obviously everyone's experience may differ, but I would recommend getting your maintenance done by a family mechanic who attaches their name to their work.

  I bought my Subaru Forester here in 2020. I have always brought it here for its service, maintenance and otherwise. I would never go anywhere else for as long as I have this car. The work is exemplary, the people go out of their way to accommodate me, and the chairs are comfy. A special thank you and appreciation to Stevan Miskov who always tries to save me money and make it all work for me. He is the best.

  Great experience, have been a customer of this dealership twice now, both cars were for my mother and we got deals we couldn't believe. I would like to thank Audrey Love, as she was great to work with, while my mother was getting service on her Forester she approached and offered an appointment for a great deal and she did not disappoint. We left with a 2026 Ascent and the numbers just made sense. Audrey was always willing to show the car and offer you to experience it and what she didn't know she confirmed it shortly after and made sure we had the facts. My mother is super happy with her new SUV, thanks Audrey!
