Tom & Ed’s was quite possibly MORE helpful than Stare Farm with the whole process. Pam should nominated for sainthood with all the phone calls she answered patiently. Gerald worked tirelessly to get the additional supplemental estimates and appraisals and approvals. Could not as for better in what was a stressful situation. All the work was perfect and completed earlier than anticipated. I received phone calls with updates regularly as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
