  I had the pleasure of meeting Trell at the Schererville location. He went above a beyond what I had expected from a customer service representative. He kept me informed of every step of what the workers in the shop were doing. I don't have the need for a tire shop often, but will definitely return to this Tire Barn if needed. Thank you again Trell for everything!!

  Pathetic second time I took a tire there Once couldn’t get off a stripped lug which I did very easy second time said couldn’t patch the flat tire but broke the bead so I couldn’t plug it. Also person left the counter as soon as I came in never came back. Never again

  Went in for a tire rotation. Was told it would be about an hour. (I was only customer in waiting area). An hour later, rotation had still not been done and I was told I was next. Another hour and a half went by. I watched 3 other customers get called that their car was done (all 3 came in AFTER me). I went up to desk asking why my car wasn’t done yet and that I’d been waiting over 2 1/2 hours and brought my car in before those other 3 customers. Guy looked behind the counter/desk for my work ticket & key only to discover my car had in fact been done and my ticket was hanging on the “completed” hook but he never saw it. Very inefficient. My tire rotation had been completed within an hour of my arrival but due to lack of organization and communication, despite my inquiry, I was informed that I was “next” even though the job had already been completed.

  Made an appt (which was recommended when I called) for 830 am. Arrived 825 for my tire rotation. My car sat untouched until 1020 with no explanation. I asked at 1009 if my car would go in soon, I asked why did I have to make appt if car was going to sit? Guy told me appts dont really matter, you speak to a call center when you call and car would go in soon. Car got taken back at 1020 and was done about 1100 am. 2.5 hours for a tire rotation. No one was rude but communication was not present or why tell ppl to make appts to just sit there??

  They were open on Father's Day, and I was able to get my tires done. The shop manager was helpful. I just wish the cost of these things were not entire paychecks, plus some. As a Mom and Grandma... it is difficult to cover these high repair costs on my own. Plus the time it took when we scheduled an appointment... was several hours. I would like to bill for my time, too! Then, it might be reasonable. Thanks for getting it done.
