  So i went in there to get one tire mounted and balanced that was off my car. I bought the tire from a third party and i just wanted it mounted and balanced. I brought the tire and rim in there and they proceeded to make me wait three hours no call and it took me going in 30 minutes before they closed to finally start working on my rim and tire. After they finally started the work it only took them 5 mins and when i got my rim and tire back they did not balance the set and they also nicked the rim with their tire machine. The only good thing about this place is the fact their open on weekends and the one tire change was only 30$ witch is kinda crazy since they didn't even balance it I would not recommend there are better shops around here that are open on weekends.

  Took vehicle there June 1st for brakes. They kept vehicle on rack for month and another week in lot...they realized they couldn't fix the problem. They towed vehicle to car x in whiting ind on july 3rd...and as of today August 21st I had to have my vehicle towed to another shop because now they say my vehicle which has a (new battery and alternator ) now doesn't want to start....after 3 months of no answers....no call backs and after paying $750.00 for a brake job, im upset because in the past I have bought lots of tires here for other vehicles....all I can say today is I'll never go there again and RUN!

  I had a leak in my tire, so I wanted to take it here. I didn’t want to wait in a long wait, so I called in ahead of time. The voice online had booked me in for an appointment, but when I arrived, they said that they were overbooked and moved me to the next day. Leaving me to have to drive on my only vehicle’s the bad tire for another day. When I had arrived the next day, I thought that the service would be really quick since not only was the building nearly empty, but I had that appointment, I was so very wrong. It took them at least 30 minutes, after my booked time, just to take my car inside the shop. I find that outrageous when my time was set to a certain time btw. I had been sitting for about an hour when I went to the front desk and asked about the progress of the work, he went back and said it would be another 10-15 minutes. I ended up having to wait for another 45. I even had enough time to walk over to the Aldi next door and buy snacks for the movie I was almost done with. By the time I had gotten my vehicle back, they had stated that I didn’t have a nail in my tire. The leak was due to corrosion on my rim that they sanded off. I couldn’t believe that the 1hr and 50min wait was just so they could tell me there wasn’t a nail, that they just sanded my rim. Fine, I payed my dues. When I got in my car, I found that they didn’t even pump up my tires after working on it, leaving me to go home on a low psi and have to pump up my tires myself. The next morning, when I hopped in my vehicle, I had found that I had still lost 10psi in the same tire, the leak was NOT fixed. Thanks to that I had to run back over there, asking for them to fix their work and actually plug the leak this time. They had stated that there wasn’t a nail, but i told them that you don’t just loose 10psi from nothing. I had asked if they could just fix the issue quickly, so I could just leave. They refused, putting me in the back of the active waitlist. I am now currently stuck having to wait another long wait, when I have things to do today. All this for a job that I had an appointment for 2 days ago. They truely wasted my time, and now I gotta pay the price for it. I don’t plan on returning to get service from this place in a long while. Unless the leak is still not fixed again, because in that case, I don’t think I will ever leave. P.s. the service I paid for was obviously for a tire leak. I am currently $40 deep. I’ve found cheaper at around $30 per leak at other shops vs the $40 per leak here. The only reason I had chosen to come to this place for convenience of distance from my house. I made the wrong decision.

  Very difficult to get someone on the phone. Called, spoke to someone in a call center, which turned out to be overseas. Asked to be transferred to the store to see if they had tires in stock as I had had a blowout and decided to replace all tires. Waited on hold for five minutes and the call disconnected.
