  We had a reservation for a car. Told them we were flying in and would be late. We got there Friday at 5:30. They close at 6:00. They said they had no car and then all of a sudden came up with one. It was dirty outside and inside, smelled like weed and the tire light stayed on. They told us the tires had been checked and it was ok to drive. This also said they didn’t have time to wash it. While I appreciate the effort, the promise was made to have a car for us that we requested- an suv. This was a Nissan versa. Much smaller. And like I said, it smelled like weed. I am really disappointed in this enterprise and hope for better service.

  Takisha S. and Mark were so sweet, accommodating and so nice about everything. They run that Schererville, IN office proficienently! I've used Enterprise in the past a few times and have always been a very satisfied customer. BTW, even though I missed my car while in repairs, the 2025 Toyota Camry was a smooth ride. Thank you Takisha and Mark!

  I was needing a rental during repair of my vehicle due to bumper damage. The rental was going through the other person’s insurance. I usually drive a vehicle w 7 seatbelts due to my family size and Enterprise helped me get the same number of seatbelts in my rental. The gentleman even spoke to Stare Farm on speaker phone on my phone to help ensure I received a large enough vehicle. Very grateful for the extra help!

  We have used them several times. The employees are always professional and friendly. The cars are always clean. Quick, efficient, hassle-free. Would recommend, am recommending.
