  Wouldn't rent to me because I asked for different vehicle without dog hair (didn't complain about the ripped seats) Was through whole process until I asked for different vehicle and then they said I'm on the do not rent list because I video taped another locations managers behavior. If I had requested they did their job and provide clean not damaged vehicles, I would have been on my way. The worker was at another location that I reviewed in crown point and obviously has a problem doing her job.

  THANK YOU for fantastic customer service from beginning to end … manager (“S”) made sure all of my desires for this rental car were met! I pray she continues to maintain integrity and serving with a spirit of excellence at this Schererville location.

  Car ran well, staff was excellent, Pacifica was clean. Cost was fair. Good job. Will rent from them again.

  I had a great experience renting a car from Enterprise at this location in Schererville. The staff, including the Manager, was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. Unfortunately these days it’s hard to find genuine, friendly customer service where I feel appreciated as a customer and I definitely found it here. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready when I arrived. Excellent customer service from start to finish—I would definitely rent from this Enterprise again and highly recommend them to others. -Lynnette T.
