  Wanted a medium or small car, but only large SUVs available when I went in. A medium was returned while waiting to decide, and they turned it around fairly quickly (1 hour further wait) so I could take it. Just what I needed. NOTE: Enterprise claims they don't stock smaller cars bc "most" customers want large. In the 2 hours I was there, 3 customers came in wanting smaller, and were disappointed in only large SUV selections. Fortunately, another regular sedan came back for 1 of them. No one was requesting or returning large vehicles. Gas costs matter!!

  Doesn't do any good to reserve when you get there they give you what they want I booked it through the company I work for and we sure don't treat our customers like that. Paid for a luxury car and got a small SUV that didn't seem right.

  4 star with the service, but the manager told me I could have a car for the same price is what the outsource said. Then, turn around and said it wasn't quite released on the. Rental got me a different car of lesser grade then. As soon as I walked out the door and got in the car, I look over and he's running the same car to someone else, then I noticed the outsource people they're called lease. And fly rent car charged my credit card $254. I've been trying to get ahold of enterprise for 4 hours. Saturday morning and they never once answered the phone that part sucks. Have rented several times from them and was always happy. But this last experience with the charge on my credit card from some outsource, I'm still trying to get it taken care of.

  I used an enterprise car to take the biggest adventure of my life. I left Indiana and headed to Vermont to meet my boyfriend for the first time in person. When I got to Vermont, I got a screw in my tire and they took care of everything. It was quick, easy, and painless and allowed me plenty of time to fall even more in love with my man and with the green mountain state. I’m grateful this company exists and that they take care of their clients! Thank you for being a part of my story ❤️
