  I just stopped there for fuel ⛽️ and then inside to Subway! Phil waited on me and did a great job. His coworker - Young lady was just as good and nice and professional! They were both fast and very knowledgeable and even though they were busy - they answered my questions! I Gave them a 5 Five Star Review and recommend this Pilot and Subway to anyone coming thru! This is a nice safe place for cars to get gas ⛽️ because they have a well safe lit up side for cars !! Be Safe! Thanks 😊 Delegate Glen Glass 👓 for County Council District F 👓 2026.   Security is so strict with Prime Parking, they don't even want people who reserved using Guest Services to park here. Only if you paid inside. I am handicapped so have to reserve thru Guest Services, and was woken up around midnight by a bang on my door.

  Very poor experience at Pilot store #034. The pump failed to apply my rewards points after fueling — an issue that other locations fix quickly without any hassle. The cashier, Lizzie, refused to correct it, claiming she wasn’t trained. That makes no sense — this is a routine fix that gets handled manually or with a quick call at other Pilot stores. Instead of even trying to help or escalating the issue, she dismissed me with a “good night” and ended the conversation. I spend around $10,000 a month on fuel, and this is the level of service here? No effort, no accountability, and no respect for customers. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this location if you expect basic customer service.

  I had a great experience at this Pilot location. The store was clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything moved quickly even during a busy time. The restrooms were well-maintained, which is always appreciated on the road. Fuel pumps were working properly with minimal wait. Overall, a reliable stop that makes life easier for drivers—definitely one of the better Pilot locations I’ve visited.

  Came here to fuel it was busy as usual. Went to Taco Bell for a luxe box 2 of them. The Crunchwrap was very sloppy made. The lady who took my order didn’t want to help her coworker help make the customers food. She would rather bag cinnamon twists then help out. Thank you to the young man who helped me. You’re awesome! To the lady who didn’t help you should prioritize better.
