- FRFredrick ReidAug 27, 20265.0With all pumps being for a few hours. There was two to three people constantly on the phone and working on those Fuel pumps so that way drivers can get their fuel and continued driving. They have tremendous patience when explaining it to truck drivers.

I asked if I could exchange an item I purchased just a few days ago because I accidentally grabbed the wrong one. She told me the manager said I would need a receipt, which I completely understand. I then asked if the transaction could be looked up since the purchase was only made a few days ago. The way she responded came across as rude and dismissive. As a truck driver, I’m constantly traveling, and my receipt should also be available through the app, so I was simply trying to figure out what options I had. At this point, her attitude made me not even want to continue doing business with her. I’ll probably visit another location or come back when someone else is working to see if they can help me with the exchange. A little more patience, consideration, and professionalism can go a long way in customer service. Even if a request can’t be accommodated, how you communicate that to a customer makes a huge difference.
