  I should have read the reviews. This place left me high and dry the day before our trip. I ordered a full size SUV far in advanced to make sure it was taken care of. They called me the day before to let me know that they would not have the vehicle. They didn't put any effort into it either.

  This was my second time using Enterprise in Plymouth. 5 stars! The process was made easy by Claire and the team! Very nice vehicles and exceptional service!

  I went into make a reservation for over 3-weeks prior to my day Event with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Plymouth, Indiana for a 7- 8 passengers Vehicle. This was not a last- minute request. I made sure to book in advance for a Company Trip to the Chicago Hair Show. The confirmation clearly stated that the vehicle would be guaranteed and ready for pickup at 10:00am on Saturday. I even reiterated multiple times that it had to be a large SUV and was told this would not be an issue. Saturday morning at 9:15am I receive a call from the manager Claire telling me they do not have a vehicle for me. Claire suggested I go to another location myself to get my vehicle. She even offered me two smaller cars as a “solution,” which is completely impractical for my trip and not what I reserved. As a frequent Enterprise renter, I find this experience absolutely unacceptable. There was zero accountability, zero follow-through, and zero consideration for the fact that I had travel plans depending on this reservation being fulfilled. Enterprise failed to do even the minimum: honor a reservation made well in advance and then wasted my time with promises to escalate the issue and call back, which never happened. Instead of stepping up to help, they pushed the burden onto me, the customer, to solve their inventory issue. This experience ruined our travel plans and caused unnecessary stress and frustration. It’s hard to believe a company this large operates with such poor communication and customer care. I will reconsider using Enterprise for future rentals. If you value your time and your plans, you may want to think twice.

  The staff is amazing, always willing to help in any way. Very flexible if you need to modify the rental. Always a pleasure to rent from them!!
