- LLLauren LaneApr 20, 20261.0DONT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN! i’ve gotten my oil changed here for years no problem. I asked them to replace my plate lights with bulbs from autozone, they said my car only takes dealership lights and they can’t do it. I drive a 2015 chevy malibu. CLINT was very condescending, told me they couldn’t do the oil change because the pan needed replaced. When I asked if they offered that service, he said yes, when I asked for a price estimate, he said he WOULDN’T tell me how much it cost until I came back with an appointment because I was “short” with him. I’ve never had a man speak to me the way CLINT did. -0/10 customer service, so rude & unprofessional. I took my car to ADVANCED AUTOMOTIVE & they changed the bulb with no problem, SAME BULB, FREE OF CHARGE. I will never take my business back here & be talked to or degraded the way CLINT degraded me.

In a world where customers are rarely provided with the product or services that are promised and paid for, Xpress Pro delivered 100%. They are fully staffed with exceptional people and did exactly what they advertised they would do; for the fully disclosed price they said they would charge. There were $zero hidden costs added on once the service was completed - which was a speedy 10 min. They are managed and trained very well with the focus on customer satisfaction. Their competitors could learn a lot from them. Thank You for a job well done!!
