  Had brakes installed in April. Had an issue with the drivers side front. Mike and his team got us right in and fixed us up to get back out on the road. Plainfield, IN Xpress Pro team is the best. Thanks, Mike

  Walked in as I was not from the area and told the guy at the counter my back tire was making crazy noises that I’ve never heard before. Also I had a hour and a half drive back home. He told me “no problem” he’d look at it right away. So, long story short, I walked out about an hour later with new brakes and rotor for that tire and made it safely back home. It was great service and very friendly staff. I recommend highly.

  List of issues when vehicle was finished: 2 loose intake clamps, leaking and damaged oil line, improper custom bracket installed causing audible vibration that customer had to remove as it would have damaged the vehicle if left on, coolant level below the minimum, coolant cap left in the engine bay, and the worst one is 2 of the 4 bolts from the turbo to the exhaust manifold were not tightened correctly and had to be tightened by the customer. Customer pays FULL price just to have to clean up nearly everything the mechanic touched. NEVER let Ronnie touch your car if you have ANYTHING of difficulty. This vehicle was approved to work on by Mike and Gerald or it never would have been touched. Shop manager Gerald lied about talking to his district manager Anthony about the issue at hand as I called his manager, Anthony, 30 mins after Gerald said he just met with him and YET, Anthony knew nothing about it. If you take your vehicle to this location for anything other than an oil change or tire rotation YOU will pay the price of poor workmanship and zero morality from this staff on the repair side. I have been taken advantage of AND lied to from this location. DO NOT trust them. They are VERY subpar. Absolutely not professional in any way of you have an issue and then you get to see the lack in morality and compassion when they make mistakes and take no responsibility for poor work. There are better choices out there. Don't fool yourself and think it won't happen to you. Anthony and Gerald don't care about you, only there jobs and reputation matters. Ronnie, the mechanic, seemed over confident and proved to be under skilled. The issues left on the vehicle were because they were rushed, not double checked and let go because he KNEW there would not be any recourse the customer would take as they didn't warranty their work or even care about their workmanship. Anthony, the district manager was EXACTLY the same way. Anthony AND Gerald both said they would follow up with me and NEITHER made any attempt to do so. All communication was initiated by me. What a disaster this place is as the blind are leading the blind. Don't make the mistake I did and fall for false confidence and a severe lack of skill, workmanship and basic human compassion. There is NONE to find at Xpress "Pro" in Plainfield. Do not trust them with anything on the repair side and take your business to real mechanics and shop managers. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: Anthony was ok with the multiple issues and hung up on me. I was never rude to him at all. If you wanted to make this right sir, you or someone else would have reached out to me already. You have my info, yet I am the one initiating every bit of correspondence. The BBB has been informed. You still have the option to make this right. I will not be reaching out to Anthony, who had zero compassion nor true concern for anything that transpired and blames the customer for even bringing the vehicle to you shop, even though both Gerald and Mike approved it. I have a feeling Gerald is making me out to be difficult, when in reality, the customer did nothing wrong at all in this scenario and is asking simply for the extremely poor workmanship to be make right. At this point there is no concern nor desire to help the customer other than your Google response. This response, while it sounds good, does nothing to remedy the major problems with poor workmanship by your employees.
