- CGCyaira Grandon3 days ago1.0The 1 Star goes to the asst manager cuz she was nice. 💯 I'd give them 0 stars but Google won't let me. Never had any issues until this visit. They busted my coolant line, I need my car for work & they've been SLOW on fixing it. The manager is always "very busy" & I gotta call them, they never call me with updates. Don't trust them with your car if it's your livelihood. I'm going on day 3 of missing work. & Yes, I've been in contact with the manager & corporate. It's not resolved yet, so we'll see how long this takes.
- RVRylie VautersJul 16, 20261.0I’ve always liked Valveline but I won’t be going back now. I was told they couldn’t do my oil change even though they did one four months prior. The oil plug was completely stripped. I’ve only had the car six months they did the only oil change so they stripped it and wouldn’t do anything about it. Now I need a new oil pan because a place specializing in oil changes doesn’t know how to tighten the oil plug. And now they use a pump how does that get all of the old oil out idc if it’s faster. Called and dropped my old oil plug off at the Plainfield location never got a call back or anything.
