  I went in for a tire repair on a company vehicle and it’s under a national account! This system/app isn’t always easy to navigate. They took my vehicle in right away without delay while they addressed the account issues and had out in a jiffy! Everyone was super nice and anyone that came by asked if I was comfortable and if I needed anything! This will be my new go to location for tire and maintenance/service issues!

  I showed up yesterday at 2pm to air up my tires at the pump they have on the side of the building. Been using this spot for feels like 10 years. Definitely from the day it was open. Free air. Nope. Yesterday, first time ever, they shut it down. Ill check again today, but man, was closest spot to me with free air.

  At this point, if I could give negative stars, I would. Unfortunately, this location has terrible problem-solving skills. I brought my vehicle in for brake service a few months ago (end of March). The person advised that the pads had 70% life still on them and it wasn't necessary. Then I brought my vehicle in today (end of May) for an inspection as well as a different concern and I am advised that I need brakes and rotors. This alone was frustrating, but I went ahead and moved forward with what was needed. When we attempted to pay with our Tire Discounters credit card we were advised that the contract with Syncrony bank was eliminated and, while they still accept the card, they can no longer add any promotions (such as 0% interest for X amount of months). This was also very frustrating. When I brought up this concern to the manager, Eric, he essentially said that this was my fault and that he had been the general manager for a year and that he doesn't give percentages on brake pads (basically saying that we made it up). While they did discount the service minimally, explaining that the issues with this transaction was MY fault is a wild accusation. I say all of this to say, if you are going to do business with this location, I would maybe think twice if you plan on doing anything more than an oil change, as they may blame you if THEY do something wrong.
