  Excellent customer service from Jordan. All staff were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Great selection of vehicles. Good clean location. Greatly accommodating of needs for my family.

  Rented the car for one day. This was the only car available to rent although I made a reservation 3 weeks prior to the date I picked it up. It was a black Ford Focus, that was given to me with a damaged side view mirror. The entire rental was 156 prior to tax. The gentleman said he would give me 50.00 off the rental. Twenty five minutes into the trip, we get an alert for low tire pressure. I notified Enterprise via text because they sent a text stating if we had issues to text the number. No one ever responded, we spent the entire day putting air in the tire and hoping we would make it home. Then a light comes on that says we have windshield wiper fluid, smh. We return the car and the next day I see a charge for the full amount plus a gas charge. I drive up to the location to ask why and explained how the car should have never been given to us. She refunded 75.00 and then Enterprise charged me 55.00 today. Now I have to go back up her to see what the heck is going on and no one has contacted me to tell me why this charge has come through. Do not rent from the Plainfield Enterprise

  Enterprise local rental locations are awesome and really help to provide for people who have a unplanned need for transportation due to a broken down vehicle or a last minute change I highly recommend them to anyone

  Excellent crew in Plainfield Indiana on Main Street! They took excellent care of me, transported me, and assisted me with my collision claim. They were very thorough and expedient. I only missed an hour of work. Great People when I needed help the most in regards to transportation. From start to finish They were efficient. We started and ended with a handshake. Very rare these days.

  I have rented from Enterprise before and haven't had any problems until now. The SUV that I was given had a problem with the brakes and that's a dangerous situation being on the road and I didn't find out about it until I hit the highway. I would just say they need to do better job with keeping up maintenance on the cars! The whole car shook when hitting the brakes after going a certain speed.
