  I have been renting solely from this location since moving to Plainfield a year ago. The last four times have been really unacceptable. 1) cars I rent for reasons of gas mileage are almost never available 2) cars are near on E when picking up 3) I was told a $80 credit would go back to my card when I returned the rental because of the first two reasons on my trip in April. When I returned it that didn’t happen. My husband stopped into the office and we were credited the $80. Two days later they CHARGED me $80, eliminating the credit. I messaged the representative who helped me in store and to which he told me to contact accounting. He basically wanted me to call accounting and plead my case why I should have the credit he promised me. Which was insulting and I never did this. 4) My next rental the same thing happened. I rented a standard SUV and was told I could have a mediocre mini van. I don’t want to drive a minivan, I wanted what I CHOSE. He agreed to let me go to the Avon location to get what I paid for. Then he told me because of the last issue ($80) my next rental which was already booked with them would be half price. 5) I returned a rental today which would have been the half price rental, and low and behold, no discount. The rental they gave us this time had dirty backseats, 70k miles, a ticking engine and no washer fluid. I didn’t mention the discount, because frankly that’s not my job to ASK for what they promise. I have no future reservations with them and will take my business elsewhere. We travel monthly for work and bi-monthly for family out of state. I’m sure they could care less about my review, or what they owe me. But maybe I’ll save someone else the trouble of using this location.

  We use Enterprise often and never have a problem or encountered rude reps but today we got to experience Avery. Avery was very jolly and happy to service other customers. We sat and waited patiently for her to finish with her two reservations that was in front of us. Once she was able to service us her energy completely shifted. Avery’s attitude was very uncomfortable. Highly disappointed she looked like a sweet girl at first but that quickly vanished. We can’t help the fact that time ran over from her other customers we was there before closing and got treated unfairly.

  The Plainfield, Indiana location provides excellent assistance and Avery was very helpful and was able to get me in a vehicle that very day. Will use again, and recommend this location!

  I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car on March 6th for a trip to Destin, and was provided with a Volkswagen Taos. We departed at approximately 3:00 AM on March 7th. Shortly after beginning our trip, it became clear that the vehicle was unsafe to operate at highway speeds. It was unstable when encountering potholes or normal road imperfections, making it difficult to maintain control. Given the road conditions in Indiana and the fact that we were driving in the dark for several hours, avoiding these hazards was not always possible. In addition, the vehicle had defective speakers, producing significant distortion and rattling at low volume levels (above level 10), rendering the audio system largely unusable. After arriving in Destin, we promptly went to Enterprise Rent-A-Car Fort Walton the following day to exchange the vehicle due to these issues. At that time, we specifically pointed out existing scratches and windshield chips on the replacement vehicle. The employee acknowledged these pre-existing conditions and confirmed they would not be an issue. Despite this, I have now received notice that a $500 claim for a cracked windshield has been submitted to my insurance. This is unacceptable. I have clear video documentation from the time of pickup that shows the pre-existing windshield damage, and I am fully prepared to provide this evidence. Filing a claim with my insurance without any prior communication is both inappropriate and unwarranted. At a minimum, I should have been contacted to discuss the alleged damage before any claim was initiated. Had that occurred, I would have immediately provided proof demonstrating that the damage was pre-existing. I expect this claim to be withdrawn promptly after review of the evidence. Please confirm that this matter is being corrected and that no further action will be taken with my insurance provider.

  Amazing service people. Very friendly and personable. The car I rented was very nice and clean and honestly a better car than what I figured I'd get. 10 out of 10
