  Terrible customer service. My husband, an Indiana police officer, came in on his day off to get two back tires replaced. Upon entry to the location, with no other customers present, no one greeted him or even acknowledged his presence. When he asked who might be available to help him, Shelly replied, "I don't know" and the three team members continued to speak amongst themselves. My husband left the location and went to Big-O tires to complete the requested service. I called to the Plainfield location and notified the manager Dallas of our experience. He was familiar with the scenario and stated they were discussing an issue at the time, which does not explain even acknowledging a paying customer. I recently had all four of the Pirelli Tires replaced on my Porsche Panamera at a different location and the customer service was excellent. This incident will however make me rethink my decision to patronize Belle Tires in the future.

  I've been a customer at Belle since they initially opened a location in Terre Haute, and eventually started taking my car to Lafayette/West Laf a couple years ago to their locations up there because they had a great manager. Recently the Laf store manager was moved to Plainfield, so I have started to go here now. Disregard any previous reviews you read about bad experiences. The new manager at Plainfield is by far the BEST of all the Belles in west/central Indiana. I have heard him de-escalate and empathize with other customers far more professionally than any shop I've been to. He doesn't push unnecessary repairs, and gives an honest opinion of what needs done and with a fair price. It's clear that he cares a lot about his customers and employees. All of the Belle team here is kind and helpful with any questions or concerns you have about your vehicle. Definitely skip the other chain shops in Plainfield and give Belle and the new manager a chance if you haven't yet!

  I had my car at Belle Tire for two weeks. They kept telling me it was fixed, but when I tried to use my "fully fixed" car, the check engine light came on and the car quit working. The only reason I gave them two stars is the employees are very friendly, just not very capable.

  I arrived at 8:03 on a Saturday morning to get a plug for my tire. Easy fix, told I had 2 people in front of me, about 30 minutes to get it back there. 1 hour 40 minutes later it gets back there. Many cars went ahead of me. Unfortunately this is where I bought the tires.

  Just needed 1 tire replaced. First day, they ordered the tire. Second day, brought my car in. They said one and half hours. I went to lunch for 1.5 hours at nearby Japanese steakhouse. Came back to collect my vehicle and they hadn’t even started yet. Waited in the lobby for several more hours. Lost whole day for single tire swap out. Their service sucks!!!
