I arrived at 8:03 on a Saturday morning to get a plug for my tire. Easy fix, told I had 2 people in front of me, about 30 minutes to get it back there. 1 hour 40 minutes later it gets back there. Many cars went ahead of me. Unfortunately this is where I bought the tires.

Just needed 1 tire replaced. First day, they ordered the tire. Second day, brought my car in. They said one and half hours. I went to lunch for 1.5 hours at nearby Japanese steakhouse. Came back to collect my vehicle and they hadn’t even started yet. Waited in the lobby for several more hours. Lost whole day for single tire swap out. Their service sucks!!!

i was goin bout my day with no oil in da transit when me and my brothers john johnson and bob johnson stopped by for a oil change. we had some candy in the glovebox and they stol all of it. every single piece. then they took our phone book too and i was tryin to call my great grandmas raccoon but i couldnt cause i didnt know how to dial it without the phone book. i went back there to see what was takin so long and there was a guy sleepin in the back seat not doin nothin right. service was slower than a turtle in traffic. this place is very overpriced. paid me like 100 dollars just to get my oil changed man. cant believe this tire place. no candy, no phone book, sleepy employees, and less money in my pocket. never comin back

I spent 8.5 hours there for them to put new brakes on my vehicle. I was quoted a 3.5 hour wait time. they said my brakes were done, I paid, and then I left and immediately my brakes were making an awful noise. I drove right back in. They said it was my heat shield and that they were going to tack it back up. That did not work. They then said the parking brake shoe was not adjusted after installing the new brakes. They brought my keys back out to me and said it was good. Got back in the car to drive away and the noise was worse. I went back in and made an employee get in my car to hear the noise. They kept the car for another hour before saying it was a spring on the brakes hitting the back bolts. After 3 attempts the noise is finally gone. Now my heat shield is rattling like crazy and they said they moved it to do the inspection but can’t service it. Worst experience of my life. They offered me a free oil change on my next visit. I will NEVER return.
