  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional, Fast Service! I had a fantastic experience at this AutoZone location today. The team went above and beyond to help me diagnose a problem with my vehicle. They immediately stepped up to test my battery, alternator, and starter to rule out any electrical issues. Thanks to their thoroughness and quick thinking, we were able to pinpoint the real issue—a bad air duct that needs to be replaced. I truly appreciate their extreme, immediate service and honest help. This crew knows what they’re doing and provides top-tier customer care. I will definitely be back!

  I had a flat tire and luckily pulled in right in front of AutoZone. Christian truly went out of his way to help me. He came outside, helped me put on my spare tire, and gave me some helpful advice about my next steps. He was so kind, patient, and genuine the entire time, which meant a lot in a stressful moment. It’s rare to experience that level of care and customer service and I will definitely be shopping here in the future. Thank you, Christian, for going above and beyond!

  Usually, a good place to do business with, came across a terrible and unprofessional employee. Told him no to purchasing battery felts and he couldn't leave it at that he decided he wanted to argue and cuss me. A customer standing at the next computer over even laughed at him and said upsale, upsale, upsale gotta make your paychecks. I have gone to this store since its opening in the 1990's. No longer. Going to Advance or O'Reilly. Fix your staff they cost you money.
