My son’s car had a nail and a tire and we were the last customer of the day, but they were incredibly professional pulled the tire off the rim took the nail out and fixed the tire, put it back on it and didn’t charge us. Jamie the manager was great and handled everything quickly and with great efficiency — nice work!!

I had my control arm replaced at this location right before leaving for a 400-500 mile road trip. They were able to do so the exact day that I called which was amazing, however they did not do an alignment afterwards because "they didn't mess with anything that would alter the alignment." I was told that they GUARANTEED that "it would be perfectly fine for your trip" and that it wasn't necessary. However, I didn't even get out of the parking lot before I realized that my steering wheel was severely uneven and had to be turned to the right in order to go straight. I was unable to hold it evenly because if I did so for more than 5 seconds, the car would pull to the left. When letting go of the wheel, it immediately pulled to right. I was the last customer of the night and the shop closed right after I left, so I couldn't go back and get it taken care of. No other shops were open and I had to make the trip that same night so I still went. I got up there fine, but on the way back home, my steering wheel became shaking so violently at highway speeds that it was starting to numb my hands. I immediately got off the highway, found a shop that was open and could get it fixed today, and I am now sitting in the waiting room. None of this would've been necessary had they done the alignment immediately after replacing the control arm as they're supposed to. The worst part is that I have an active warranty for the alignment, so it would've been free! But now, not only did I have to drive an hour out of the way and wait for however long it'll take to be fixed, but I have to pay for it! This location has given me nothing but problems. I love Tire Discounters, but for the love of everything holy, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. GO TO THE ONE IN WESTFIELD.

I made an appointment to get my alignment checked/serviced in the morning. They had my vehicle for 4 hours and never contacted me. There was only 1 alignment ahead of me when I dropped off my vehicle so I was expecting a follow up within an hour or so. My work order shows a promised time within 30 minutes of my appointment. A call within 2 hours would have been reasonable to me so that I can make other arrangements while other places are open. It wasn’t until I reached out to check the status that they informed me there were other issues and they were not going to work on my vehicle. I was told that I would at least receive an estimate within 20 minutes. I never received one (though, I figured I wouldn’t). I am a very patient person but this was just poor service.

I had a tire pop on me and no other tire stores nearby were available to get me in the same day. Not only was Jamie very helpful in all my questions, but very professional and got me into the shop in no time. They were able to replace 2 of my tires in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend coming here. Fast, professional, and have some of the best prices for servicing. Will definitely be coming back!

I went into the this location in the morning hoping it would just be a tire needing plugged but instead I had to get a new tire. I literally just arrived here yesterday Thursday from Kentucky moving up here to be with family and to help out with a loved one having health issues. It's been a very trying year and a very trying summer between the Indiana floods affecting a family member and their home and another family member having a series of health issues including surgeries. I normally don't break down. I hold it together but I've just been so overwhelmed I ended up breaking down and crying right there in the tire discounters waiting area. Jamie who I think is the manager was so kind so gracious. Not only did she listen to my story and treated me with such patience and such kindness she gave me a really good deal on the tire. It literally took everything I had to get up here yesterday financially so I didn't have any money to spare. I went to Tire Discounters when I lived in Kentucky one of the reasons because of the customer service. I'm glad to know I found a Tire Discounters here close to home where I will continue to come in for service on my vehicle. I can't thank Jamie enough for her kindness and her exemplary customer service. She could have easily done nothing to be of help and just charge me for another tire and life would have gone on but instead she chose kindness and grace and went way above and beyond to be of help. Thank you to the person that put the tire on my car and got me ready to be safely on the road again. Definitely grateful and thankful to this business and I will definitely return when I need more tires and any other work done on my car. I highly recommend this place.
