  I had a great experience here. I brought my car in after noticing an issue and explained that I had gone back and forth on whether to bring it in because it had only happened once. Regardless, they took my concern seriously, performed a whole inspection and transmission testing, and were completely upfront about the fact that they couldn’t duplicate the issue either. I appreciated that they didn’t push unnecessary repairs or try to sell me something that wasn’t needed just because they couldn’t find the original problem. Instead, they explained everything clearly and told me that if the issue happens again, I can bring the car back and they’ll even have a technician ride with me to help diagnose it! As a woman who doesn’t know a ton about cars, I really appreciated how trustworthy & transparent they were throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of, and they earned my confidence. It’s refreshing to find a shop that genuinely cares about helping customers and doing the right thing. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend them!!!

  Excellent service! I recently moved to Noblesville and was looking for a local business I could trust. This was hands down the best experience I’ve had. Everyone was friendly, took the time to answer all of my questions, and even followed up a few days after the service to make sure everything was going well. That level of care and customer service is rare to find. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue coming back!

  Wonderful first experience with the Noble Mechanic! From the scheduling and drop off to the keeping me up to date with progress and delivery of my vehicle was top notch! Will def be plan to return when future work is needed. Felt the technicians were fair and honest. The pricing was very reasonable and less than other tire stores i shopped around at! Best part was the treat at the end!! Dave was great to talk to and work with. My car came back better than I sent it. Clean and amazing! Appreciated the porter service as well! What a great company!! Thank you

  My car is 20 years old and has over 100,000 miles on it. Some issues began to show up and I thought I should buy a new vehicle. My goodness though, the prices of new cars is insane! So, I thought I would ask the guys at Noble Mechanic what it would cost to do the minor repairs required but to also replace every component that might cause any problems. I told them I wanted to get as close to a new vehicle as possible ... if there was any doubt ... replace it. The diagnostics they did were thorough and they called me with a few things they found that they thought I should know about. Dave then gave me the exact prices of each component and service and did not waste my time with any nonsense. The total was over $5,000 but compared to the $70,000 for a new car to replace what I was driving was a no brainer. They even replaced the wiper blades! My car drives like it was new and I immediately noticed a 3 mpg increase in gas mileage. Friendly, professional, accurate diagnostics, transparent pricing, and they did the entire job faster than I thought possible. It would be a gross understatement to say that I was pleased. These guys are the very best! I've never had this kind of service anywhere else, ever. Fantastic guys, thank you!
