- MMMarkJun 12, 20261.0Called to get a quote on a transmission fluid & filter change which in my opinion is a pretty straight forward inquiry and should deserve an immediate response; never got the quote, never got a return phone call; as a matter of fact they never even asked for my phone number. I guess I don't speak fluent enough mechanic lingo in order to merit any type of meaningful service. They might have given my wife a crappy Porsche suv loaner and they might throw good cookies in your vehicle. But I won't be bringing my vehicle here. My guess is I have probably called this place in the past and got such an outrageous quote that I passed on the first go-around and now they have me flagged in the system as persona non grata. * also after posting this i went to see some of the other reviews and after reading some of the horror stories from some unfortunate victims, now I know why I never went here to begin with. I already knew they were over-priced and apparently pretty shady as well. I love the Google review on here where Reggie put the wrong oil in the Porsche. Awesome.
- SRSteve RendellJun 11, 20265.0Truly a surprising experience working with Reggie’s. They are honest people trying to diagnose and fix your vehicle. They unfortunately misdiagnosed a noise coming from my suspension. When they completed fixing what they thought was the problem, the noise was still there. Rather than saying that they fixed part of the noise, so that I would pay for the work done, they were honest and said the noise was coming from something else and didn’t charge me for the work. I have not had similar experience with the dealership in the past, which is why I tried Reggie’s. I will always be taking my vehicles to Reggie’s from now on. A trustworthy repair shop is rare these days. Thank you Reggie’s.
