  I never write reviews, good or bad. This might be the first time I've ever written one. I'm very mechanically inclined and do most of my non-warranty engine/brake work myself. But, I don't dabble with suspension or electrical work. I took an extremely clean auction bought 2011 Auid A3 to them for diagnosis of a suspension clunk. Backstory: The Audi is a southen car with zero rust on the suspension and only 60k miles. I tested and knew the engine mounts were good and suspected worn CV axles and expected a bill of about $5,000. I had taken it to another "euro expert" repair shop in Fishers who said it just needed new shocks/struts. I doubted that was the issue, but had the other shop replace the shocks/struts (which it needed, but didn't fix the problem). I called back to the other shop and they couldn't figure out the issue. I called Reggie's and they got the car in the next day. They diagnosed the issue within minutes of driving the car. The issue was that when the dual clutch had been replaced prior to auction, the old torque to yield subframe bolts and nuts had been reused (which are one-time-use nuts), and then backed out a little upon driving. Reggie's nailed the diagnosis with minimal time and effort. Jessica at the front office is amazing. What I thought was going to be a $5K repair was merely a few hundred $. Reggie's also noticed that the other "euro expert" had used the wrong oil plug drain seal and I had an almost microscopic oil leak. Again, just a few $ to fix. I also had Reggie's do a couple of fluid services while they had it. They also gave me a heads-up about what to consider for PM in the next year or so, but didn't push the services on me as an immediate concern. Complete transparency. All-in-all the work was done fast, professionally, and everyone there is a joy to talk to and work with. The labor costs are more than reasonable, especially for Euro repairs. My experience here leads me to give Reggie's an A++. I'll be taking my 2011 Audi and 2001 Benz SL and any other older Euro vehicles I may pick up to them for all services that I don't do myself going forward.

  The Reggie’s team has been very helpful, quick to get me scheduled, and flexible regarding loaner vehicles. The service turnaround time has been great as well.

  My sister's volkswagen tiguan 2.0 turbo was thrown into limp mode, got the car towed to this dealer September 23rd 2026 for a 190$ diagnostic. They said the engine was done for and needed replaced and the oil was full of metal shavings, said a new engine would end up costing 10 thousand dollars to replace then offered a 40% discount on the job, so 6,500$. We got a second opinion from a shop in noblesville. The man replaced a pcv valve and filled it back up with oil, he replaced the oil pan and showed us there was zero metal shavings in the pan. The car is running great now back on the road. This place is crooked, and what they tried to do was just wrong and dirty. Do not trust these people. They are hear to take your money using phony tactics, and lies. 6500 repair was only 300$ from a local garage.

  I’m from out of state. Reggie’s Motorsport did a very thorough PPI for me. I’m not a mechanic type, but they were very patient and explained everything I need to know about the car 👍👍👍

  Four wheel alignment, dropped off, they provided an Uber home. With performed perfectly within quoted amount. Did inspection and provided list of additional work but didn't pressure me to do more than planned! Even provided pictures of areas to be addressed later
