  Ridiculously overpriced, I didn't do my research, went in blindly and only after I had them do one or two service items started shopping around for quotes. They were charging close to double what the Audi dealership was charging for the same service on many items. Their most offensive recommendation was replacing my cabin air filter for $120, it's a $17 OEM filter that is completely toolless to replace, I swapped it myself in about 90 seconds, that comes out to $4000 an hour for labor. The customer service was terrible as well, then didn't offer to call an Uber for pickup/dropoff, never asked me if I needed a loaner, evidently only wrote down about half of what I said when I dropped my car off, and gave me borderline misleading initial quotes. I was just going to ignore it, but then I get this condescending letter and fake check in the mail offering me a $30 rebate that expires in two months. Great! Enough to cover one quarter of a cabin air filter replacement!

  Called and was given a one week timeframe for a diagnosis of my vehicle. Said I would call around as I wanted it done ASAP, manager said he could squeeze me in… great! Showed up to be told no loaner vehicle and basically I wasn’t allowed to stay and wait? Should have been given this information before coming in? Ok… that’s fine, maybe I misunderstood. Made another appointment for following week when they “should” have loaner vehicle. Evening prior to appointment day, received a call saying no loaner vehicle again. Asked for a time frame… they couldn’t give me one just said should be same week. Here it is the following week with zero communication at all. Very disappointed. Unorganized. I will be going somewhere else.
