  If I could give even less than a one star, I would. We picked his car up on Friday morning. Declined their fueling package. On the way to returning it Monday morning 15 minutes before it was due back we filled the car up. I have the receipt to prove it right across the street from the enterprise. Upon receiving my deposit back today, there was a $62 fueling charge. Again on a car that had been filled up completely and returned. I called up there, and the man was not even And immediately put the money back in. So they are hoping that people won’t catch the fact that they’re only returning a certain portion of the deposits back and charging people for fuel cost when they brought back full tanks of gas. I am appalled and will never ever use this enterprise or any again if this is their business policy. Just charge customers and hope they don’t catch it.

  We made a reservation for a 15 seat van 1 month before our family vacation and the manager Cory Walter just texted me 1 day before picking it up to tell me that he had no van for me and the worse part he couldn't even get me a solution for his mess like another vehicle, he just said "I'm sorry" so bad because we were counting on enterprise for this family vacation. Cero star for you

  Absolutely terrible customer service We came in to rent a car and were told we needed to provide proof of address in order to use our debit card. Since they were about to close, we specifically asked if we would still be able to come back after getting the document. We were told, “Yes, you’re fine. Go get the paper and come back.” We rushed to get the proof of address as quickly as we could, only to return and find the office completely closed. If they knew they were closing, they should have been honest instead of sending us on a pointless trip and wasting our time. A simple “We’re closing, you’ll have to come back tomorrow” would have been much more professional and respectful. Instead, we were misled and left stranded after going out of our way to do exactly what they asked. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. I expected much better from Enterprise.
