  If I could give negative stars I would!! I travel weekly for business an have been using this location for years when I need a local rental..it's had it's ups and downs but the past month, the 2 times I have gone to pick up my corporate account rental, that was booked a MONTH in advance, there was neither a car ready for me nor did they even have one onsite!! the first time I waited 2 hours, the second 45 minutes. Both times excuses were made, rather than just owning it an apologizing but in my opinion its terrible management to not look up who is picking up a car that day and at LEAST have those ones ready. Making me late to get to my worksite is not fair to me or my colleagues and quite frankly terrible customer service and just bad business. I also NEVER write reviews and have NEVER written a bad one, but that's how frustrated I am.

  Great vehicles and excellent customer service! We needed a truck at the last minute and made a reservation. Shortly after, someone called to let us know the truck was not currently available but that they were expecting one later that day. They kept our reservation open, and true to their word, a truck became available and they contacted us right away. We truly appreciated their professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer service. Highly recommended!

  Didn't have the car i reserved. Then sent me to other branches which claimed they were overbooked and wouldn't lift a finger to locate the appropriate car. There was one nice young man in Noblesville who jumped to quickly clean our windshield when we pointed out it was dirty. We appreciated that.

  I made the reservation more than a month ago for a 15-passenger van for a family vacation. When I arrived at the Enterprise location in Noblesville to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that they did not have the van I had reserved The only solution they offered was a 7-passenger van, which was completely unacceptable since it would not even fit half of my family. forcing us to look for alternative transportation at the last minute. I understand that inventory issues can happen, but it is extremely disappointing when a confirmed reservation for a specific vehicle is not honored, especially for a large family trip that requires careful planning. Better communication and customer service would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I would not recommend this location to anyone who is counting on receiving the vehicle they reserved

  Rented an SUV online for a week. Got a voicemail from them an hour before pickup to tell me that they didn’t have an SUV, but they could get me into a sedan. When I arrived to pick it up they tried to charge me DOUBLE the price online because the sedan was a luxury sedan. If your inventory is so tight that you don’t have alternatives when a car come back damaged, the inventory is being mismanaged If you can’t fulfill an obligation and need to present an alternative, apologize and make it right. Don’t try to upsell or price gouge the person you already failed. I’ll go out of my way to choose another place rather than renting from you again.
