  Bought tires from Bell Tire a couple months back. Got a nail in one tire, so I went to a different Bell Tire location to have it looked at, and they said it needed to be replaced. Since I had the road hazard warranty, I expected it to be covered — but at pickup I was told I'd owe ~$67, because apparently a full tire replacement requires buying a new warranty on top of the old one, something I was never told when I originally bought it. When I mentioned Costco handles this kind of replacement for free, the rep just said "you should get it there then." Rude, dismissive, and warranty terms that aren't explained upfront. First time bought tires from Bell Tire for this car — also the last.

  The staff are a great and very professional. Performed a perfect alignment on my car. Better than a dealership. They have a great warranty on it too for a one year where you can come back every 3 months to have it checked and they will make changes if needed.

  Prior to this I had given this place a great review but after I was treated so rudely I've decided to change it. I came here to the self serve air to put air in tires I purchased from them and a truck was parked in front of it so I waited and waited. The truck had a completely flat tire and the guy was just sitting in his truck. So i drove around front and explained this to the guy at the desk and asked if he could put air in my tires. He rudely said no and told me to go wait on the guy to move. That is not good customer service. So I took my business to Discount Tire and purchased a $700 set of tires from them like I have in the past. Bye bye belle tire.
