  I wish I could give this place a negative score. Walked in at 2 pm with a nail in my tire. The young woman behind the counter told me it would be an hour and a half that they were busy. Ok. So I walked across the street to CVS to kill time and before I even made it across the street the same yound woman called me to tell me "you need 4 new tires." That's all she said. No explanation, no further information. I declined and said I'd just like a patch for today. I returned to the store and hour and 45 minutes later and the same young woman advised me "Bad news. The tire isn't patchable. You need a new tire. We don't have your tires. So what do you want us to do?" No information, no explanation, no offer to order a tire. So I went down the street to Discount Tire and they patched it free of charge in less than 20 minutes. They also showed me all four of my tires and what the wear and tear was looking like and recommended I need new tires probably in the next 6 months. I ordered 4 tires. I will NEVER return to another Belle Tire.

  I had a flat tire at 445p on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I limped my truck into the back to put air in my tire. I reinflated the tire and heard some hissing as air was leaking out. I had them come out to inspect the tire and the side wall of the tire was blowing out. I know they were ALL ready to leave and start their long weekend but they happily squeezed me in and replaced my front tires. I left around 515p so my incident didn’t cost them too much time but their kindness meant the world to me. They did every second of the work with a smile on their faces and not an ounce of dread or as if I was imposing on them. I greatly appreciate the gentlemen at the front desk as well as the crew in the bay that took such great care of us. I hope each team member has a great weekend and when I need tires this summer for my car, I know exactly where I’m going. Fantastic customer service when it absolutely mattered most. I hope upper management sees this review and praises them for a job well done! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
