  I was having A/C issues in my truck and a local auto parts store recommended Valvoline in Newburgh. Great recommendation as the manager and team got me right in and diagnosed the problem. Great customer service from a professional team!

  Copied the text: Got an oil change and tire rotation. Marcus, Carter, Samuel, and Austin worked on my car and you could tell they had very good communication between each other and knew exactly what do to and when. The experience was quick and easy for me. Thank you!

  I have never been to Valvoline Instant oil in Newburgh. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Answered any questions I had. Shout out to Amanda, Marcus, Veronica, Samuel, and Masiya. The manager was awesome. Amanda was very helpful in explaining everything. Everyone worked so hard. Even with other customers that were there. I will for sure go back there. Great job.

  The service techs are so nice. I love how efficient they are. I have complete trust in them and I have never had any issues. They answer any questions I have. I have used this Valvoline for several years.

  Back in October 2025, I had an oil change done. When I left, I noticed a rattling sound that hadn't been present prior to the oil change. I went back the next day to ask about it, and the techs said nothing was wrong and it was fine. The next time I needed my oil changed, I took it elsewhere. Fast forward to Tuesday, June 16. I go back for another oil change (the rattle still occurring) since I was running errands in the area and it needed done anyway. This time when I left, my check engine light came on. I took my vehicle to a dealer where they found that a support bar had been put on backwards and not correctly tightened down which was causing the rattling. They also discovered my cabin air filter was not installed correctly which caused my check engine light to come on, and they also found an oil leak which had not been brought to my attention by Valvoline. Needless to say, I will not be back.
