Went to another valvo location in Evansville earlier that day and they couldn’t get my oil cap off which is fine, so went to another location and they got that sucker right off! Loving that this Newburgh In location had FOUR females on staff that day and they were fantastic. Justin Oakley, CSR, was absolutely great and they are all easy to talk to. Friendly and fun!!

Veronica, Purfectia, Marcus, and Justin(torque wrench officianado🔥) got me out of there so fast, they worked great together and had me laughing while they were cutting up and taking good care of my car. Super happy with my service, can't say enough good about this crew!!

I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services or pressure me into buying things I didn’t need. They were honest, helpful, and made the whole oil change quick and easy. I’ll definitely be back for future service!

I received a great discount for being a first time customer, plus $25 off all my services to match a competitors prices. I could've gone anywhere for this service and great customer experience, but Valvoline made me want to come back. Highly recommended!
