- KCKaty Carter4 days ago1.0Do not rent from here. Poor customer service bad management. was told they would try to help us by a manager with the daily rate since we were victims in a car accident and needed a rental. The manager told me they would lower the daily rate where we would only have to pay taxes if they could not get the insurance to cover it in full. I was told they would call me before charging my card with a resolution. They charged my card the full rate without speaking with me and did not send me a copy of the receipt. This was poorly handled on their part even after I called to speak with corporate several times.

- JWJeffrey WolfJun 11, 20261.0Rented me a car that had almost 60k on it and surprisingly a piece of trim blew off on the Lloyd and now they charged me 500.00 dollars deductible. Spoke to State Farm before rental and they informed me no need to get insurance. Just very bad experience from start to finish. Seems they don't care about there customers.
