I was a member here on a few occasions. The car wash does not clean very well on the sides of the vehicle. The bristles do not come close enough to the side of the vehicle to wash properly. I paid for the most expensive membership and would get texts that I was not visiting enough. On my first membership stint I used their sticker on the inside of my windshield and when I tried to remove it, the residue would not come off. The next time I joined I placed it on a peice of paper and kept it in the corner. I was approached and advised it must be stuck to the windshield. I showed them the residue which would not come off with a cleaner that would not damage the window tint. He then told me to put it on my visor, which I also did not want to do because the adhesive is too aggressive and I don’t want permanent residue. I asked if it could be placed on the outside and was told no. They also do not have anything less aggressive to put on the windshield like a static cling label. I think they were trying to say I was letting others use my membership which is not the case. Surely they keep track in their system of how often you come. I visited maybe twice a month. It was pretty insulting so I canceled my membership and won’t be going back for the sub par service and car wash. The towels are also always very damp so when you try to wipe the windows they always left streaks. The vacuums do not have great suction on the end units. All around bad experiences.

They terminated my account without notice. Come to find out it was because I took the sticker off of my old vehicle which I don’t own anymore and placed it on my new car. So I had to reverse through a line of cars to leave the carwash. Very irritating and old not recommend this carwash. Also the faculty they have rarely restock the cleaning supplies alongside the vacuum service is rarely operational.
