  Friendly workers! But the vacuums are horrible and barely work. Also, I dislike that this location closes early at 6 when most in surrounding area (Louisville and Jeff) close later. Lastly, the price is getting too expensive; it’s not worth the monthly price!

  Workers are nice and good people. Price is reasonable. Can tell ownership is asleep at the wheel. Crater sized potholes in the parking lot as you enter and exit the wash. Broken brush in the wash that doesn’t spin.

  When this opened it was very nice and convenient. Fast forward to 6/4 /26. Broken brushes inside that don't spin or do anything for that matter they have bern broken well over 2 month do you bern paying for a service your not receiving,the obnoxious people who don't pay for a wash but pull up with the explicit music playing loud enough to everyone to hear even young children with parents. And now the vacuum system went down last week with no response from anyone as to when they will be fixed. I have had a monthly subscription for over 2 years as of yesterday it was ended. I feel bad for a few workers as they tried to keep things going with little to no support from the corporate office. Don't waste your time or money on this place if a corporation has no interest in it why should our community. There are much better options.
