  Rolled into the vacuum bays for a vacuum and a wash. Never been before. Man immediately walked over to my car, waiting for me to roll down the window, and told me the vacuums were for paying customers only. Never been to this establishment. Don't know the step by step process. I assume I was supposed to pay for a wash first but the man representing this business didn't say any of that. I felt kicked out lol. I will never patronize this business. I went home with a dirty car out of spite. Might be a decent business but that man ruined your entire brand for me so I will never give you the chance/my money♥️

  Extremely rude and harassing staff! I am new to the area and decided to stop in. Initially I liked this car wash, it appeared to allow someone to vacuum the inside of the car do the windows etc and then do the exterior! I was considering a monthly membership for 2 vehicles and possibly a 3rd. However this was clearly not “ mister g’s” intention! I pulled up and began working on the interior of my car, I like to do the interior so when I leave the water left on my car is dried by driving and it does not show water spots from sitting and drying. From the moment I began I was harassed by someone yelling from across the parking lot.. because walking up to me was apparently too inconvenient! When I directed my attention to him he yelled you need to pay for a wash! Confused I thought he was talking to someone else and continued on cleaning my car. I began using the vacuum and the vacuum kept shutting off! I turned it on again and it shut off again. I then noticed the same individual continue standing by what I assumed was a shut off switch! He waved and then approached me snarling, I told you to pay! I indicated to a sign that said “ free vacuums” Nothing else! When I pointed it out he said “ there not” it’s free with purchase “ I was kinda shocked about his response and decided to go inside and ask another individual! He acted confused when I asked him what the guy’s attitude was all about! He said “ oh I’m not sure” I shared with him that I was a new customer and was unfamiliar with the company policies and that when someone approaches you with that attitude, it’s off putting and makes me consider my patronage!

  I am very impressed with how my company vehicle turned out after it was detailed by Demetrius. I had just spilt 3 large coffees this morning all over the floor boards, front seats, and center console. It was a big mess. Now it looks like a new car. Very fair pricing.

  Has vacuuming included and provides microfiber cloth to dry car. Madden, car wash guy provided additional service by spraying my mats between washes.

  Love the attention to detail and making sure those hard to get spots are clean. Even with the basic wash they're scrubbing before I get in the wash cycle. Super nice employees, very friendly!
