I was quoted a price for an oil change over the phone when I made the appointment. When my daughter picked the car up it was more than double the price.
When I called to question it I was told that the call center is located out of the country and they quoted the wrong price. I asked if I could have a. Umber to corporate to call, I was provided one. I opened a case with them, and was told the manager would call me. I have not received a call.
I understand this isn’t the actual stores fault, but the company is misrepresenting the price and then charging more than double. I’d love to know how many times this has happened?

I brought my 2017 Chevy Express in for an oil change, tire rotation, and TPMS service today. Mark and his team did a fantastic job. He got it in and out super quick. He also let me know it needed some brake work and he also got that done in addition very fast. They had great customer service and got me in and out in less time than I expected overall. I highly recommend this location for your service needs! Great job Mark!

I've rarely experienced customer service as kind and generous as I did at Ken Towery. I came in with a nail in my tire, expecting a long wait and a repair bill. Instead, they had my tire fixed in less than 20 minutes and didn't charge me a penny!
Their compassion for their customers and willingness to help without expecting anything in return truly impressed me. It's refreshing to find a business that values people as much as they value great service.

I never leave reviews - Ever! But these guys deserve it. I noticed a screw in my tire at 530pm on a cross country drive. Called and started driving towards their shop. Two cars ahead of me and they still had me out of there by 610 to continue my drive to St. Louis. Wish I was local because this would be my shop of choice!

Not only did they stay after hours to repair my tire, but they also took the time to thoroughly inspect everything to make sure there weren’t any other issues that could affect my safety on the road. They didn’t just fix the immediate problem—they made sure my vehicle was road-ready and that I could continue my trip with confidence.
What impressed me most was the outstanding customer service. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely concerned about helping me.
