I had a previous good experience with this location. Let me say that people that I came into contact were incredibly kind, and very respectful. I went in a few days back and they did not have my oil filter in stock. Totally fine but they told me to come back and gave me a 20% off coupon. I mentioned at that time I already had a coupon they said it would be fine. I returned a few days later to get my oil changed. They still did not have a filter for my car. At that point they said I could go pick up one myself and bring it back which I was totally fine to do. I just wanted to ensure I would not be paying for a filter with them if I was buying it myself. No not only could they give me no discount for buying my own filter but they were not willing to honor the coupons I had previously. I had no choice but to go somewhere else because I literally would have been paying for a filter that I was not even being provided. Very disappointing.

I took my car in for a scheduled oil change. After, I left to head to work and my car completely shut off while getting off the interstate. I ended up having to call Triple A to come and tow my car to have it worked on. I also had to sit in the heat for 40 minutes waiting for them to get my car and I was unable to work the rest of the day. Come to find out, when the individuals who did my oil change checked the air filters, they didn’t put it back in correctly, causing the mass air flow sensor to clog. They also spilled oil all over my car, down the radiator, and dripping off the air conditioning lines. The oil was also overfilled in my car. My dad and I went in and talked to a female manager that was working. We showed her pictures of the car and the issues we had. She told us that she had recently hired new techs. While apologetic, she didn’t give any other reasoning. She also told us she would file a claim for us the following Monday. I provided my invoice number and she printed off my receipt. I confirmed my telephone number with her. She stated she would file a claim on that following Monday as they were not open on the weekends and would give me a call that day. I never received a call back from her or received any updates on that matter. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be going back. I’m thankful I did not have kids in the car with me at this time.

I have a 2024 ford ranger and if you know anything about how the oil changes go on these truck, it’s not good. They take so much extra time than any other vehicle because of the location of the oil filter. I addressed this with juan before hand and he showed confidence that no task was gonna stump him. Juan got straight to work and managed to get the job done so much quicker than any other place I’ve been too. They even let me know I was due for a tire rotation and knocked that out while I was here. I most definitely will look for juan when I come back for my next oil change. Thank you juan for your confidence to get er done and following through with what you say. 5 stars from me!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I took my car in for a basic oil change that they are "qualified" with over 270 hours worth of training and experience to do and this is far from the truth. When I brought my car in, trying to a responsible adult, what was supposed to be a basic oil change turned into something so horrible. As the service was taking place they said they found a leak in my oil housing. They showed me the "leak" and proceeded to order a new cap for my oil housing unit and I sat there for what was about an hour and a half waiting on a piece I did not need. The oil housing they said was leaking was not the issue, the real problem was that they did not replace my oil filter correctly. After leaving the location, my check engine light, which was not on before I arrived, turned on not even 1 minute up the road. I then turned around and mentioned this to them. A technician came out to assist the issue but had to watch a YouTube video on how to reset my oil and check engine lights, which again were not on, before I had arrived. After leaving the location again, I drove 3.2 miles up the road to my job, which I was 2 hours late for due to the wait, and when I arrived at work I had zero oil in my car. My dipstick was completely DRY!. I had lost all of the new oil they placed in my car in a 10 minute drive. This is was absurd! I called customer service immediately to get the issue rectified asap. The store manager told me I needed to buy a tow truck and get my car towed to their recommend mechanic. Sharing with them that I was not about to buy a tow truck after opening more than $100 on an oil change was unacceptable. After involving customer service they towed my car at their expense to asset the damages. I was told they needed to ensure that this was damage they caused and not just an issue with my vehicle. After a full inspection and diagnostic, they caused more than $800 worth of damages to my car. There was oil on my ac pumps, by my tires, alternator, and radiator hose. This being damage that they caused, they did pay for the repairs and placed me in a rental car until my car was completely fixed. While I am appreciative that they covered the expenses, this was still a major inconvenience for me. Someone with only one sole form of transportation. Something that they are supposed to be "qualified" to do was not to quality standards at all. Also, on top of all of this I have been referred back and forth to customer care and the store's location for my refund and this case is going on 2 weeks now. Overall, they did not pay close attention to everything and this was very disheartening, because being recommend to go here for this service and it being my first time ever receiving a service from them, this was a horrible experience. Please if you are in need of reliable, and guaranteed oil change, go to a real mechanic.

They didn't fill my Jeep up properly with oil. I called because the "change oil" was still flashing. They said it's no big deal, we can reset that at your next change. Well, my Jeep is now stalling because it's low on oil! I try to call again to speak with them and get voicemail!
