  If you’re thinking about coming here for anything? Do yourself a favor and just don’t. Scheduled an alignment, got full confirmation that they could do it at the specific time I needed, then they called the next day saying they “can’t do it” because of the time. Total waste. The woman at the counter was rude and unprofessional. She seemed more worried about her time and wrapping up what she was doing before the customer. If this is how they treat customers, management seriously needs to rethink their staff and communication.

  I mean they did the job but it took 2 hours.. for an oil change. It was also over $100 and Iv’ve gotten the same oil at just as reputable places for around $60 so that price was a shock.

  I brought my 2003 Durango in to get it aligned. I got a call about a half an hour in and the technician told me that they got it as close as they could but it's not right. I said well I want it correct I want it right. I did replace the a arms with brand new ones ball joints and tie rod ends. That is the reason why I wanted to get the front end aligned. I was told to bring it back in a week later when they could try to get it aligned better. I asked them about their alignment process they said that they did not have plates to fit on the hubs that were reflective they only had plates that fit on the tires that were reflective and they had to take the tires on and off and get it as close as they can get it and then take the tires on and off and check it and realign it until I got it close. I asked for my money back and that was the response that I got. I am not satisfied at all with this and if it's not corrected I would like my money back. And I would also have to take it to another alignment shop to get it done right. My question is do you guys not have certified technicians that can actually do the work anymore? I've had good luck with Tire Barn over the years. I have had a vehicle aligned in the past. But this was completely unacceptable.
