Ridiculously bad. I stood at the desk for 10 minutes without anyone helping me. The phone rang and rang with no employees around. Then a weathered female emerged from the toilets yelling about her sign that was up that said “be back in 10 minutes, push button if no employees are present”. I had simply pushed the button like the sign said she snatched the sign up and waived in my face telling me “the sign is here for a reason.” I went down the road to Discount Tire and received much better service and ended up replacing all 4 tires. So, ur loss Tire Barn… never again…..

Went in and talked to Don during a really busy time. He got me taken care of within 10 minutes. He provided excellent customer service, other staff was friendly, and it was a wonderful experience to take care of a tire repair. Will definitely return for my tire needs!

They target women that come in alone!!! Predatory, pressuring, up charges on OEM parts, which are the only ones they use. Fine, but my car just needs to work, so I can go to work. PUSHES FINANCING AT THE DROP OFF A HAT. Get work done on one wheel bearing? They'll insist both sides need to be done. Actual lies. Try to decline service and they get aggressive with scare tactics, it's critical and you are risking your life if you leave without them "fixing" what you brought it in for, plus 3 other things that are "crucial." Literally make you sign a waver to leave with your car and glare at you. The one manager's tone gets angry sounding when you say no. Last visit I refused to go in, in case he was there. I had a male friend take the car in and pick it up bc I was so uncomfortable. Got to a real mechanic and figured out they were pushing me into financing $1600, that was all very important to be done, right then. Yesterday. Got to a real mechanic this morning, told him what they said, handed him the quote from tire barn. I was lied to about the 3 other crucial things. Not crucial, and one was just completely unnecessary! They prey on women, but don't panic cry over price shock, I was told to go to meineke by the same manager, or sue the dealership. I can't warn people fast enough. 90 percent sure they bent my wheel well trim, and cracked the paint. My brakes squeal since they did them on my first time there.

Opens at 7:00 but when I stopped at 7:40 to have a potential tire repair looked at there were no cars in any of the 6 or 7 bays and I was told there is only 1 technician working so they might get to me in 45 minutes. One gentleman walked in 10 seconds before me, so I assume it would have been after him.

Preface: There was a new person at the counter. Main: I checked in at 1431 and knew I would be in line, but I wasn’t able to leave u til after 1700. The oil change seemed to be done appropriately, but because of various parts needed, and waiting for the oil to be ordered because of miscommunication, I ended up waiting way too long. Closing: Vehicle service normal, Overall service adequacy unacceptable.
