  Scheduled an appointment for 2 new tires and an alignment for 10:30. Arrived at 10:25. Car didn't even go in the shop until 11:30. At 12:45 I asked if my car was done. I was told the tires were on but alignment wasn't done. Needless to say I left without an alignment. The tires are also more expensive and installation is double the price at most other tire shops. Only reason I give 2 stars is because they are open on sunday

  I was at Tire Barn quite a while but in the end, they replaced all my lug nuts correctly and gave me four brand new tires. Great service! They were very friendly. And the cost she quoted me was the cost I paid in the end.

  i got a tire repair done on my passenger rear tire. it took 7 hours to have it done when they said there was 4 people in front of me, it cost $35 for the repair. i left there and my tpms light came on, i figured it just wasnt calibrated, so i calibrated it and went home. the next day i left my house and the tpms light came on again so i took my car to a different place and they showed me my tire and there was no patch in my tire but it did have 3 dry rot cracks on the inside about 6 inches long each, the cause of the leaking air. the other tire place told me you guys had to have seen it if you guys repaired the tire.

  Man I love this place. The manager is 5 star amazing. I always have piece of mind everytime I come here. I put an obscene amount of miles on my car and they make sure I always stay on the road and I'm good and safe. Always have good oil change deals, tire deals but for me it is really the customer service that manager always gives me. Highly recommend this location

  If I could leave 0 stars I would customer service at this place was terrible they have 5-6 employees all standing around, we came in for just a single tire replacement and they told us an hour and a half,we went got food came back and our car was still not done we had to wait a whole 2 hours almost 3 meanwhile the employees were all standing around after we got back from getting food it still took them 30 min before getting to our car once it was finished nobody told us the car was ready meanwhile the was an employee at the cash register I asked her if our car was ready and said someone would be in to help me ,meanwhile she was just scrolling on the computer instead of turning the car into us and get us out of there as quick as possible, I understand getting paid hourly but damn where is the customer service. there was also another customer there and he went up to the desk to ask a question and the employee just told him to sit down that he will be right with him, but with an attitude very very nasty place. I wouldn’t recommend getting your tires changed at this place.
