  It was all right just a little stressful should have been told at the beginning that there was going to be a $300 deposit because that caused a lot of stress the lady ended up being pretty nice and waving the one we see I still had to pay $410 to rent the car I had no choice so I hope I get the $300 deposit back I'll let you know other than that it was fine

  My local enterprise agent picked me up at home. The car was totally fine, even though I opted for the least expensive car available. I returned the car early and there was no problem with the return. Everyone was very polite and they returned me to my home.

  SUPER EASY !!! E. PRISE does it right !!! MATT , JUSTIN , BRAXTON at both of the Muncie,In. stores WERE THE BEST !!! Very professional and efficient!!! GOOD PEOPLE !!! They worked with my crazy schedule and made it happen....I made it 2 work!!! Thank u guys again and HAPPYNEWYEAR !!!

  I ordered my husband and I’s rental car months in advance as it was going to be used for our honeymoon trip. We arrive at the location and find out the type of car we put in a reservation for was not available at the store. Instead of compact, we were given the option of a Versa for the same cost or a Charger for an up charge. We asked if either car had CarPlay or any form of navigation as we had a long drive ahead of us. The woman informed us that both cars should have it. With that, we took the Versa and went outside to inspect. We were also then told about the young driver fee, which tacked on an extra $100 on top of a deposit of $200, none of which was disclosed beforehand. Already aggravated, we pay and go get in the Versa, and there’s no form of navigation. Deciding it’s not worth the hassle, we decide to head out, but we notice the passenger side mirror is cracked, making it hard to see. She comes back out and says she’ll put us in the Charger for no up charge. Wanting to just get out of there at that point, we move over to the Charger (which still doesn’t have any navigation in it, mind you) and decide that’s good enough. We drive it 30 minutes home to start packing it for the next morning for our honeymoon and then we notice the tags on the plate are expired BY MONTHS. We call the store and are told we need to go to another location that has the new tags. Delaying our trip the next morning to wait until the other location opened, we had to drive an hour out of the way and they put on completely new plates and gave us the registration since there was nothing in the car to begin with. The woman who helped us originally did try to make everything right, which is why it’s 2 stars and not 1, but the entire experience was aggravating and exhausting. TL; DR: I would not rent from Enterprise.
