    7-6-26: Arrived just before noon needing new tires. At 12:05 I was told 45 minutes to 1 hour. I was quoted a price that I thought was a little high but acceptable. Three hours and 40 minutes later I was presented a bill for the agreed amount + $160 for an alignment. I ok’ed the alignment but wasn’t quoted a price. That’s on me. I was so anxious to finally get my car back I said yes without asking. They did split the difference with me on the alignment cost which was why they get one star instead of zero. but 3:40 was entirely unacceptable. They just said “sorry, we’re really busy”. I said that if I was told over 3 hours I’d have made an appointment for another day. Once I handed over my keys, I was stuck, though. This inability to quote an even remotely accurate time frame and indifference to customer service is a dealbreaker for me as far as ever returning to this business. I’ll not be back.

    I went in today to get some new tires and even though I came in an hour before closing Lazarus was so kind and thoughtful, I will definitely be back and tell everyone I know to come to belle tire. You guys truly have a gem working there 10/10 and also thank you to the mechanics who did a fantastic job not only do the tires feel much better you guys are so wonderful and efficient at your jobs. Once again thank you Lazarus and the Crew!! 💕

    Paid $1100 for tires 2 months ago and they tell me they cant patch a nail thats not even close to the outside of the tire. Yall just lost a long time customer for life. Crazy part??? I go to another big business tire place today, AN THEY PATCHED MY TIRE. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone ever again. Hope yall go bankrupt.

    We were in a pinch when we realized there was a screw in our tire while traveling down the highway. Brandon told us to come in immediately. They patched it in 30 minutes, top-notch facility, top-notch people.

    Save your money and take your vehicle to an actual mechanic. Charged me $300 and didn’t fix anything on the list I had. My vehicle sat in the same spot for 4 days and they claimed they did $300 worth of work. This is the second stint from the Muncie location and it was an absolute train wreck. Terrible communication, also I would give zero stars if I could, definitely not coming back to this location.
