  My appointment was booked through my State Farm insurance agent. The process was seamless. The staff at Safelite were welcoming, efficient, and provided excellent service.

  It's impossible to get through to the shop itself. We had questions about a drop box and if we could pick up after hours. Our only option was to call the national number. We tried several different ways and talked to several different reps. Most couldn't tell if there was a drop box or not and the last one said they thought there was but not 100% sure. We also had to pick up after hours and could only coordinate that when the shop called us back to tell us it was done. It would have been nice to have that all figured out beforehand since we were out of town while they were doing the repairs. I like being able to talk to a business directly and not go through a national line where reps don't know what's happening half the time.

  Technician Gage sent a text prior to the appointment to introduce himself and advise of his timeliness. Arrived well before I expected and had a great personality from start to finish. He also sent a follow up text to make sure all was well with the new windshield. I will use Safelite again if I ever need repairs or replacement glass.

  They were so pleasant and polite that I was caught off-guard - and while I know they offer the convenience of coming to you, I think we might just 'go to them' again if we ever need to because the receptionist was so nice and funny, the installer/tech was awesome and polite, and even another employee held the door for us later in the day when we returned and had kind and friendly words! All of that, and the work was done really well too! Thank you!

  I was unhappy that SAFELITE changed my appointment and just emailed me with the change. I had to call them to find a way to get the work done within my timeframe. While the SAFELITE operator was helpful, I was disappointed that o had to reach out to them and that they didn’t take the time to reach out to me. I also wonder why the cost for services is the same regardless of mobile versus shop based service
