  I was in and out sooner than expected,and they did an excellent job. The technician was professional and friendly. This is the second car I've had them replace the windshield on, and they've done a great job both times.

  Had a good experience with Safelite there all who they say they are no problems friendly service and experience and know how I love my new windshield I would recommend them to anyone

  My windshield on my 2026 Hyundai Palisade was cracked most of the way across the windshield. I took it for a replacement to the shop. They couldn't come to me because the windshield had to be recalibrated and it wasn't something they could do in the field. The windshield had to be ordered from the dealer, so my first appointment was canceled. The second appointment was set up after the windshield came in and they were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs a repair or replacement.

  First time they came out for a repair the windshield got further damaged, this happens and isn’t an issue since they warned me about it beforehand. Second time out they came to replace the windshield, everything went well except there are scratches/dots in the center of the windshield in front of both passenger and driver seats, likely left by their tools (I believe the installer knew about it but didn’t tell me). The website would not let me book a warranty appointment to fix this so now I have to take off work to go to their location. This has become such a hassle for me, I would definitely NOT recommend using this safelite location in the future.

  The tech was good. Very friendly, all around good guy. The billing however, watch out for the recycling fee. Also. They scheduled us 2 weeks in advance. I took half a day vacation in order to meet their time slot. Then 1 hour before our service time. I'm told the window had not come in yet.. The tech did get back to me. And apologize and told me he wouldn't be able to get out there until about 5pm. I understand it's not the techs fault. He can't control the ordering... but someone somewhere did not make sure that, that window was gonna be here during my scheduled time.Therefore I took half a day's vacation for nothing..
