  I'm not going to go I to every detail of why I have a one star review..... Let's just say. If you expect any help after your glass is installed and you have issues. Your better off drinking water out of a salt shaker..... Or staring into the sun for eye comfort..... Or swimming in a lake when it's 32 degrees out for warmth. This place sucks. Plan and simple. I recommend ANYWHERE but here. Stay far far away people. Everyone has enough stress in life than to deal with these types of businesses!

  Safe Auto showed up exactly when they said they would and fix my windshield completely on site. I would recommend Safe Auto to anybody that needs a windshield repair. They took caution not to scratch or damage my vehicle in any way.

  Excellent experience throughout the entire process. Our technician was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and efficient, which reassured me that we were getting great service. Communication was top notch. We had to move our service location due to rain and he made the change seamless. We will definitely use this company again should the need arise!

  I was disappointed with our Shelter Insurance. Safelite did a fabulous job. We had Safelite replace our windshield on our RAV4 at no cost but for our recent windshield replacement on our Toyota HIGHLANDER it went through our deductible it’s no fault of Safelite they explained everything it’s our Insurance company that gets a zero.

  I must start out by stating I used Safelite due to them being a preferred glass shop of my auto insurance company. Made an appointment to use Safelite mobile service at my home. The day of appointment sched to arrive between 12 - 5p. At 10:30a day of appointment I received an email notification stating the new windshield arrived at facility damaged. I don’t chk my email every hr. Therefore, at 1p I seen the message. Not even a phone call Safelite office. I had to phone in to make another appointment. Made a 2nd appointment for a week later and decided to have it installed at Mishawaka facility. Arrived at appointment time waited on install 2hrs. Got into vehicle post install only to notice small bubbles in glass driver side view. Before leaving facility I summoned the tech only to be determined the bubbles were in-between layers of glass. Tech stated the windshield was faulty and needed to be replaced again. Scheduled 3rd appointment for mobile service to my home. Windshield replaced yesterday. Tech left my property without cleaning the new windshield inside & out. As I was driving the vehicle 2hrs post replacement the entire rear view mirror assembly fell off windshield to include mounting piece onto my dash. Took the vehicle to Mishawaka facility to get mounting piece reaffixed to windshield. I believe if the tech would’ve taken necessary time to properly clean the entire windshield prior to reattaching mirror this wouldn’t have happened.
