  Got damaged to the vehicle which they declined responsibility for can see why it might happen they push their employees to work fast I was the fifth stop and I believe the technician had another one to go to after me was forced to use this company by my insurance company had gotten two other quotes one from a dealership and one from another private glass company only way the insurance would cover it is getting aftermarket equipment and having safe light do the work they declined the other estimates unless I paid out of my pocket which I have zero deductible full coverage glass very dissatisfied with this company and the insured

  My back windshield was completely shattered and needed replacement. The scheduling process was super easy. I called, explained what I needed, gave them the VIN, and got scheduled for Monday morning (this was on a Friday). They gave me the quote over the phone too and sent an invoice to my email right after the call. The price was much lower than I had been quoted elsewhere, and was honestly expecting it to change once I got there, but surprisingly, there was nothing additional. No hidden fees like some companies will do just to get you to come in. Highly recommend!

  Needed a windshield replaced before we could use our vehicle. They were very compliant with our schedule and it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Technician was knowledgeable and personable. Answered all our curious questions, even the stupid questions 😆

  Usually when working with a company that gives you a window slot.It's hard to plan your day, but not with Safelite. My technician, Noah started contacting me firsting in the morning to keep me updated in real-time.He even got to the location before I did. I couldn't believe the whole job was done in a little under an hour! This was so stress-free in the best customer service.I have seen in a very long time.It's a 10/10 for me.

  It's impossible to get through to the shop itself. We had questions about a drop box and if we could pick up after hours. Our only option was to call the national number. We tried several different ways and talked to several different reps. Most couldn't tell if there was a drop box or not and the last one said they thought there was but not 100% sure. We also had to pick up after hours and could only coordinate that when the shop called us back to tell us it was done. It would have been nice to have that all figured out beforehand since we were out of town while they were doing the repairs. I like being able to talk to a business directly and not go through a national line where reps don't know what's happening half the time.
