  Terrible booking experience & complete waste of customers time!!! Made an online reservation to rent a truck and pick up at this facility yesterday (6-30-2026). Received an email confirmation for the reservation & even completed early check in online. Drove over 1 hour & 10 minutes this morning to pick up the truck when they opened. Received a phone call once I drove all the way there (almost a 50 mile trip one way) to inform me that they in fact actually have no trucks available for rental. Employee gives the excuse that their "scheduling team isn't on top of things". Absolutely ridiculous & a complete waste of well over 2 hours of my time, not to mention gas. Will not be renting from this facility or possibly even enterprise ever again & suggest other potential customers think twice before making a reservation for a vehicle that shows it's available online.

  They beat competition price by more then half and worked with me on what I was needing it for and didn't pressure me into something that I didn't need or couldn't afford staff was friendly and took their time to listen
