  My Warranty Company paid for a rental via Enterprise (eRac). A 4 day reaervation, Friday - Tuesday. I recieved a call from eRac confirming this before I picked the vehicle up and again in store by an eRac employee. I only needed the vehicle until Monday, I returned it a day early. Unfortunately, eRac said they had to keep the hold on my credit card until Tuesday when they could verify the Warranty Company would pay (despite having this arranged prior), or charge me the price of the rental. This is suspicious - it seemed like the branch was trying to get an extra days payment despite having returned the vehicle early. I asked the eRac agent to call the Warranty Company to help close the ticket. The agent explained "Enterprise doesn't keep contact information of their corprate partners," and "we cannot call them." This was false as the Warranty Co.'s contact information was on the eRac contract AND they have the ability to make/edit reservation in eRac systems. Nevertheless, I called, and the Warranty Company said the reservation was indeed valid until Tuesday. At that point the eRac employee said "Oh, I see it now, I can close the ticket and release the hold on your card." Having a business acct. W/ eRac I know they have contact information of their business partners, Large and small alike. I submitted this review to eRac. eRac said they were going to reach out, but to this point, they have not (10 business days) Disappointed with the service, lack of effort, and lack of response (promised within 2 to 5 business days). Will be moving the few business trips we use eRac to a non-affiliated company.

  Enterprise Mishawaka, IN. I went to the store to rent a car, they said they don’t have cars available till Friday. They were goofing around and laughing at us. Very disrespectful. Then, he said he will give me a call (as if he had my phone number). Then, I did the reservation online… they had cars available and the same guy gave me a call saying are you the one who just came, I don’t have cars available till next week. I can keep explaining but they don’t deserve it. Seriously, this store is the worst.

  Breana K. assisted me with checking out my rental vehicle, and she did an outstanding job. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Based on the excellent service she provided, I believe she would make a fantastic manager for the company. Thank you for such a great experience!

  Wish I could give zero stars but that is not an option. Website for this location was showing 40+ cars available, but this was a complete utter lie. Also, they’ll call you and hang up prematurely if your car isn’t available. Found out at the last minute the car I reserved did not exist! If you have a funeral or other life event, don’t rely on them.

  Avoid Enterprise at all costs. Booked a reservation 3 months in advance (March 29th) for pick up 6/27 for a trip we are leaving for on the 27th. Received a voicemail from the manager, Jim, on Wednesday (6/24, less and 72 hours before we leave) that the vehicle we were supposed to have was sent down to Indy for someone else and it is not his fault and there is nothing he can do about it. Had absolutely 0 options or recommendations for what we could possibly do and essentially said sorry about your luck. Absolutely unacceptable. Called and spoke with someone else from enterprise corporate and was sent to an escalation team that claims “enterprise will never leave you stranded” only to find out that enterprise will, in fact, leave you stranded and theres just simply nothing they can do about it. Absolutely insane to me that you can attempt to arrange a reservation 3 months prior to your trip and then they can turn around less than 3 days before leaving you scrambling with no other options. Also don’t waste your time following the link they send you, they continue giving the run around and then leave the chat before you can say anything else lol
