- JVJane V6 days ago1.0ZERO STARS!!!!!!! I’ve been waiting more than a month to receive a refund and to hear back from the manager that offered the refund to me in the first place. I’ve been getting excuses and given the run around from all the employees when I try to call and check on the status of the refund and/or talk to Chad personally. It seems like they are all just trying to cover each others butts with the shady stuff they are doing here. Now Chad, the manager, is on vacation after asking for a call back for 3+ weeks now. The “work” they did was checked by my usual car guy that I trust, and he informed me that they should have never done the work or charged me since nothing had changed based on what he saw on the report and what he felt while driving my car. I’m very frustrated and disappointed because I’ve never had such bad customer service like this before, at Belle tire or anywhere else. I likely will not want to go to any Belle tire ever again.

First time I come back tire wasn’t mounted on the new wheel. Then I was told they had rotated them. And the wheel was in the same spot as before I left. I look closer and I had noticed another one was bent on my front driver side this morning looking for the other one. It had not been moved. Then I call and the guy tells me I don’t know what I’m talking about. I say I do I was only calling to tell them the guys in the back are not doing their jobs. And he tells me again I don’t know what I’m talking about. Bad place to take your business. Use to be ok. Not anymore.
