  Went in for a standard alignment. I asked for a report/specs on the car that they did, I was told the printer was broken so instead the guy showed me a photo he took of the screen and offered to send it to me which I appreciated. However, I didn’t realize the photo was not clear upon looking at it closer on my own phone. I responded to the text under the impression it was a company phone number and asked for a clearer image to be emailed to me. I was told (through text) this was not possible and that they have been waiting months for the printer to be fixed and that if they update their alignment machine before it’s fixed then it will clear the history. Basically making it sound like there was absolutely nothing to do and my information was going to be deleted. I was then told this was his personal number I was messaging so I called the store instead because I was not going to continue communicating that way and I talked to Aiden who was also not helpful at all. I don’t think asking for a clear and readable copy of the report for my car and work done is unreasonable and I feel should be standard. Both employees I talked to made me feel like I was being unreasonable and it was completely out of their hands. I asked to talk to a supervisor so that I could make a complaint to someone higher up so that they could get their printer fixed sooner hopefully, since it was out of their hands and was told again it wasn’t going to matter. I talked to Chad, the general manager and he assured me that my information wouldn’t be deleted like I was previously told and that he could make sure a clearer image would be sent to me while their printer is down. That was all I needed, someone to work with me to get my basic information I requested instead of being told there was nothing to do, thank you Chad for your help. Although I likely will not go back to this location based on the interaction I had with the employees over text and phone. Please get your printer fixed asap, it’s not professional to have reports sent through personal employee phone numbers.

  They broke my tire pressure sensor and just blamed it on "it happens" it might be old. All 3 others are perfect. After spending over 1500 dollars here I will never be back and will tell everyone I know to never go here.

  The only reason for 1 star iis for the repair .. a warranty repair.. however when the person working the front desk, manager or whoever lied straight to my face that the INSIDE OF MY VEHICLE DOESNT SMELL LIKE SMOKE.. That is some Bullshit Alllowing your employees to SMOKE in a customers car.. then lie to cover for them.. Absolutely Ridiculous.. Try to tell me it's freon.. yea I know better.. been working on cars longer than you probably been alive.. try again.. all good tho I guess the customer is not always right.. ill be calling corporate for a formal complaint .. and will keep being that customer until this is taken care of.

  Absolutely disrespectful staff I parked my truck with my trailer in the only spots available and some duche yells at me that I can't park there! Mind you it's 430 pm and no almost quitting time not busy at all. I was literally just going in to buy 4 new tires! I didn't say anything just left. I'll never buy from there and will make sure all my local connections never go there for anything again! What ever happened to common sense?
