  My mom bought a 2018 used car from them. After 58 days they couldn’t produce the title. She paid cash. Excuse after excuse was given. Finally I put my foot down and made them take the car back. Manager tried to tell me I’ve never ran a dealership so I didn’t know what I was talking about according to the manager. Well according to Indiana state law they have 31 days to produce the title. When I told the manager that he stumbled over his words and finally admitted that was correct. Do not do business with them. The only key thing that was good about graff was the saleswomen Ashley. If you want a Chevy or gmc do not go to Graff!

  It took 3 calls to the service department. However, once I talked with the right person, the process was fast, efficient, and friendly. I was in for a recall item and the service was excellent. The staff was great. It would have been a 5 star review except for the 3 calls and a returned call a day after the service was actually completed from the message I left on my second call.

  I met with Talia, told her what I was looking for. We test drove a few cars and I found one that I loved. She helped me to get my payment to where I needed it to be.Talia was awesome! She made my first on my own buying experience so much easier. I will definitely be referring people to her. My whole experience at Graff was great. Thank you!

  I received great customer service there. However the 2025 Chevy Trax I bought at 24,500 miles already needs new rotors and pads and the 60,000 mile rated tires on it will be lucky to see 30,0000 miles. It has 25,500 some miles on it now. The brakes were making noise since I bought it. My son told me cause Im pretty deaf and can't hear it But I fell and broke my hip and spent the weeks in Hosp and rehab 3 days after I bought it. So I just started driving it recently. I called and was told it would be $1400 to fix. 8 talked to an auto repair near me and they said $650. Why would I take it back to Graff?

  Went in to look at a used Tahoe spoke with Kyle Osborn, he was amazing able to answer all the queations we had, Chris the sales manager was top notch was able to work a great deal for us, Nancy in finance was great everything was completed fast!! Need a vehicle go see them
