  I've used Enterprise frequently for years for both business and personal. The company overall does pretty good. The cars are generally in good shape. The pick up and drop off is easy. I like that they offer pick up and drop off when Im not able to schedule a second vehicle for transport. The Michigan City city branch is so so. The last year the service has really gone down hill. There have been things slipped into contracts that weren't asked for. One of which almost caused disciplinary action for me at work. They tell you they'll pick you up, then never show up. The cars aren't always cleaned very well. The young lady that sits at the back desk has a very passive aggressive attitude. She will sit and ignore you while she plays on her phone and tell you someone will be with you shortly. Then other staff will come in from the back and have to drop what they're doing to come to the counter. Not sure what thats about. Ive really only seen it at this branch.

  I’ve rented from Enterprise several times for work-related trips, and every experience has been excellent. The team at the Enterprise in Michigan City is always friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I’m usually in and out within five minutes of walking through the door, making the entire process quick and hassle-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding customer service!
