  Vehicle was clean, people at both locations were easy to work with and professional. There was an error with my bill and I got overcharged and when I called to ask about it they immediately took care of it and issued a refund. I was very impressed.

  My experience at the Michigan City office was very positive, in large part to both the rental vehicle and the very friendly and helpful personnel I encountered. The Toyota Camry hybrid was my first experience with a hybrid vehicle, and once I got used to the quiet operating sound. it served me well while my personal car was being repaired. Even better than the vehicle, however, was the very positive experience I had in meeting Justin and Isaac, two very friendly and capable young men who were obviously committed to making my rental experience a positive one. Customer service is unfortunately becoming rare to find in our society but they both personified the phrase through their efforts on my behalf and their positive predisposition.They are both assets to your organization. And yes, I will definitely use Enterprise again for my auto rental needs.

  Come prepared with understanding of what your credit card and auto insurance covers. This is the most aggressive sale of add on insurance products I’ve experienced in a while. Had to say no many times. Their tactics appear to be trying to stoke fear that your insurance from card or auto policy wont work when they know nothing about it.
