Gerry (Jerry?) was incredibly kind, understanding and helpful. I would recommend this belle tire to everyone. I am still in awe at the generosity of this team! You are the best!

We needed to be in Columbus, Ohio the next day and Belle Tire was able to order the part and fix us up quickly. They got us on the road in the morning by 10 AM. Shout out to Jerry for making sure we were taken care of and thank you so much for the help.

- KIKrystan IazzettoJul 25, 20261.0Went in to get my tires replaced, but was told I also needed an alignment, so they started the alignment. They were not able to follow through with the alignment due to a part needing replaced. They told me it was safe to drive and to come back when I decide what to do. The car was definitely not safe to drive, it was a very scary drive home. I took it to another auto shop and they could not believe that Belle tire let me drive home with my car in that condition as it was very unsafe to drive. I will not be going back to Belle tire.
