  The day before the 4th of July my wife had a flat. I brought it down to Belle Tire an hour and a half before they closed. Glenn got it in right away and took care of it! Thanks Glenn!

  Saved us in a pinch on a 5.5 hour road trip! Jerry was so kind and helpful getting us a couple of tires switched out on our camper after we had a blowout on the highway. Thank you so much for your compassion and speedy service. We are beyond grateful!

  The day after Memorial Day. Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 9:30 AM, I walked through the east main entrance doors at, Belle Tire, 4431 Franklin Street, Michigan City, IN. Store #126. The first thing I noticed is that there were 8 folks sitting in the waiting area. And thought the place was quite busy for just opening at 8 AM. As I walked closer to the service counter. I was warmly greeted by store associate, Mr. Justin A. Palmer. Who followed up with, what brings you to Belle Tire? I stated, I need a price quote (size) 4 Michelin tires for my ( year, make, model) vehicle. Mr. Palmer then turned his computer screen, so I could see price for tires and installation, etc. I stated, I will buy them. Mr. Palmer stated that tires need to be ordered. He added, would, Thursday 28th at 1:00 PM, be a good day for you? Yes. Mr. Palmer provided me with exceptional service. A true professional throughout this buying process. I highly recommend Belle Tire, in Michigan City, Indiana. Store #126. Note: Installation was a breeze, on May 28, 2026, at 1:00 PM. I arrived 15 minutes early. Approximately, 1:05 PM, I observed my vehicle being driven to the service bay. I didn’t wait on my vehicle. I choose to walk around the surrounding area; instead. On my return at 2:15 PM. My vehicle was parked in the east, front parking lot. Tires and rims looked perfect.

  I came in for a simple alignment, but as we all know, sometimes, things don't go as planned. Once my car was up in the bay the technician noted that a tie rod and bearing needed replaced. I agreed to have the work done which I was told would take a couple hours so long as everything went smoothly...it didn't. Unfortunately, there was something with the axle as well and a part needed replaced, but since it's Saturday they had to call around, and hopefully, get the part in time, otherwise my car wouldn't be completed until Monday. I'm so very grateful they were able to get the part and my car was fixed before the end of the day. Although it was stressful and more than I had originally planned to spend, it was work that was necessary and I'm glad it was brought to my attention. I will definitely be back in the future.

  Well, I really don’t know how to review a company that won’t take your call. I was put on hold and after 5 minutes the system tried to ring through then the lovely automated voice came on and said no one was available to take my call and hung up. One chance to gain a customer…..
