  Would give a zero if I could. The manager at this location had a terrible attitude since I dropped my car. I made an appointment for tire rotation and oil change on my car. The manager told me they could not do an oil change because the system did not show what kind of oil my car took. I know what oil would work in my car but I decided to pass on that because it seemed suspicious that an auto/tire shop doesnt know what oil goes in a vehicle. So I just wanted to do the free tire rotation since i purchased my tires here last year. I was then told my tread on my tires are below the state minimum and they can not perform a tire rotation. My tires only had 48000 miles used on a 65000 mile warranty that was suppose to be full coverage. So basically the tires are not covered until 65000 miles. I left the store and did measure treads when I got home and they appear to be decent tread left where I believe they should have performed the rotation or a warranty should be given for the poor quality tires they sold me last year. The manager had a terrible attitude which made this experience worse at the Merrillville IN location.

  I had a frustrating experience at Tire Barn today. When I walked in, one employee acknowledged me briefly, but then went to the back. The other employee didn’t acknowledge me for several minutes even though I was standing right in front of the counter. When he finally spoke to me, he asked for my information, but then held up a finger as if to tell me to wait. He then picked up the phone and started helping someone else instead of me. I left feeling ignored and disappointed. Customer service should be about acknowledging people when they walk in.

  Always a great experience coming here! Staff are professional and kind. Work is done swiftly and well. I like the texting feature of the updates! I appreciate the tire warranty as well!

  Great service as always. Best prices on tires in the NWI area. However, the alignment guy there isn’t capable of removing camber bolts and replacing them, claimed it’s not his job. Literally every alignment guy I’ve ever met can do that no problem. All good, I got it fixed and aligned.

  The staff was good. Price on the tires was fair, the additional fees ($150. Dollars labor to install tires; really). In my time labor was factored already in pricing of the tires. Then road hazard warranty at another $20. dollars per tire. All these fee and taxes should be present on line with the finial total give on line pricing. It will be some time before I use them again or they correct how pricing is done on line.
