  Got a loose tire mounted on a rim. A little costly, but they exhibited an extreme amount of professionalism and care. I wouldn’t complain if it would have been about ten bucks less, but you get what you pay for. Both the technician and the manager were TOP NOTCH. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone in NWI.

  This tire barn is good. Stopped in to make sure the appointment was all ready a little early. Took care of everything fast.

  Albert, Elysia and the whole Crew, were EXCELLENT!! This Flight Attendent Customer, was Flying High, with the Service and Professionalism that she Experienced, on May 7 2026. My Friend's will be notified immediately, to come patronize this Establishment!! THANKS YA'LL!! I'LL BE BACK FOR SURE ✌️ ❤️ 🙏

  I picked up a huge load of mulch at Lowes with my trailer. I had neglected to check the tires beforehand...They overloaded me and I ended up basically on my rims. I barely made it across the highway to Tire Barn. The gentlemen met me at the door and didn't hesitate to simply lend a hand and get me aired back up and safely on my way. No charge and no hassle. Very much appreciated! They didn't have to help. I hadn't purchased this set of tires from them but they jumped in anyway! Good group of folks!

  Today I called around 5:30 to make an appointment to have two front tires replaced on my jeep when I arrived at 6:02 I was promptly met by front counter staff. I previously talked to somebody. I think that was at a call center that booked my appointment and was so sure they would be able to service me upon the pre-vehicle inspection. We acknowledged that the vehicle was missing two lug nuts on multiple wheels and they advised me that it would be cheaper for me to get them at a parts store versus buying them from them. I said OK I can run to O’Reilly’s right up the street here and still be back by my appointment time and you can do my service correct the guy gave me a lame excuse that there was custom vehicle wheels and he would not be able to do it today. Mind you I have arrived early and my appointment is not until 630 and I’m still seeing multiple customers pulling up. These guys are lazy and do not deserve to be running this place.Im not fond of Albert’s professionalism and is quick to turn customers away. These are not low Profile tires these are 285/75/17s … 2 front tires. Just wow of today’s society and hired help.
