She was warm, professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire process. She even took the time to drive us to pick up our rental car, which was above and beyond anything we expected. Josh completed the repairs ahead of schedule, and the results were incredible. My car looks brand new! What impressed me even more was the attention to detail—he carefully put everything from my trunk back exactly where it belonged, neatly organized and cared for as if it were his own vehicle. The entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and the team at Lakeside Collision delivered it every step of the way.
