  My brother came up there and talked to a woman name Tameka and said she was very rude and disrespectful towards him. Definitely not the type of service i would recommend and if you are a supervisor you definitely need more training because if we ever have to experience anything like that specially to do with the way you treat customers we will report you to the owner or whoever is in control and thats a promise.

  First I want to say I have always had a great experience at the Merrillville location , but today was the best experience. I had 2 young men Kareem and Tory help me and my son. I cant thank them enough. Great guys and great service.. thank you both!!

  I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Mr. Reggie! He went above and beyond to help me with my car battery. He first tested my car to make sure the battery was actually the issue before having me purchase anything, which I really appreciated. After confirming it was the battery, I paid for a new one, and he came right back out to install it for me. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about making sure you’re taken care of. Thank you, Mr. Reggie, for your excellent service!

  I went in Auto Zone frustrated at night both of my headlights were completely out the manager reggie came out the store checked my headlights after I purchased the lights Reggie installed them Less then 10 minutes, I try to pay to show my appreciation but he rejected the money. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

  I just left the AutoZone in Merriville, Indiana at the corner of Broadway and 63rd. Having some issues with my transmission and check engine light so stopped in to get that the check engine light test done. The employee there at the front named Dave could not have been more helpful. He took his time to explain Everything to me in a way that I would understand. I’m an idiot when it comes to cars so Dave’s knowledge and expertise were exactly what I needed. Dave is not only a great employee but he is also a kind and friendly human being! He deserves a raise in my opinion. Thanks again, Dave! Really appreciate your help. As long as I live over here, this autozone is where I will be going for any auto parts or auto repair questions!
