  They gave my customer the wrong part 3 weeks ago. I just tried to install it yesterday. They told me they wouldn’t take the part back because it was used. And also told me that you don’t need to install the part to know if it’s the wrong part. And this same employee said he is a mechanic. In my 30 years as a mechanic/ shop owner. I’ve never heard anything remotely similar to this nonsense. Autozone you all need to do better at serving customers. I’m a “commercial customer”. I travel to different areas and work on customers vehicles at their home. I’ve had worse experiences at more than 40 of your locations in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. If this happens 1 more time I will take my business to your competitors. No one follows up on problems directed to management from shift supervisors, assistant ,district, territorial manager(s) . I get the wrong part at least 3 times a month at a minimum. Not to mention the nasty attitudes from your red shirt employees. You hire anybody to fill the spot and don’t train them properly. There are a few employees who are an exception to this but you have more bad seeds than anyone can count. There have been incidents where I was sold used parts someone either stole or put pack on the shelf. I gotten a used 5 liter oil before. As I experienced today and many others Autozone employees claim they are mechanics and are not. I’ve seen employees crack windshields, burn electrical wires putting in batteries backwards. Not to mention all the broken headlights, taillights and side markers. And false information given to customers about their vehicles. Lying to people that they need a particular part because you ran the code on an ob2 scanner so you can sell them a part they don’t need. I deal with at least 10 customers a week and they all went to Autozone to get their car scanned.and was told the wrong information about their car. Please stop doing this. Y’all making the mechanics job 100 times harder. Please hire somebody that know what they talking about.

  I thank Reggie, & India for their assistance on yesterday, replacing My car's driver's side brake light bulb. Reggie was an excellent instructor, & India a quick learner! He refused a tip, & said it was their pleasure to help Me. I see why a Northwest Indiana Dealership said to Me, years ago..'We hate AutoZone!' I can see why.. the Dealership would have charged Me a small fortune, for what Reggie said, (without payment), 'was their pleasure!' GOD IS ALIVE, & HIS WONDERS TO PERFORM! Thanks again Reggue, & India. Color Me verrry grateful!🖐🏾❤
