  The staff at the autozone on 81st and Colorado in Merrillville are excellent. They are very friendly to customers and even those visitors who are just browsing. They helped me find a battery that I actually visited 4 different stores before finally getting the correct size battery there. They don't realize how grateful I was to visit the store and for what they helped me find and will continue to visit the store for my auto and other needs.

  I've been impressed by the top-notch service at this Auto Zone location. The staff were extremely helpful when I visited with battery concerns, and Manager Dre's expertise made all the difference in resolving the issue efficiently.

  I was just trying to enjoy my experience. And off in the distance all I heard was non stop cursing. Then I go to the front and find out it's an employee. On top of that he was cursing out another employee. This was so hard to hear. The other employee walked away, and I can understand why. I hope that people get training working with the public because that took my sale right out the door.

  I've been frequenting this auto zone for more than 10 years and nits always been my favorite,,until,, I went there last week and there was 2 new guys that I've never seen working there before and I will probably never go back. I needed Windshield wipers for my new car.. I ask at the counter and they tell me what size.. most the time they walk over and grab you product, or at least help. Not them they just stood there...I couldn't find them,, so I asked for help and they yelled out which ones. ..after the third time of this repeating one of the 2 guys walk over and they cant find one of them either and the other guy just keep shaking his head and grinning implying that the worker helping me is an idiot. Instead of assisting he continues standing there...after 15 minutes I just walked out and said "I'll just order the damm things online" then they both laughed and I stormed out... so time to find another autozone. I've spent $1000s upon $1000s at this location too. Sad day but I'm done unless someone fixes it
