A very difficult review to leave because I'm torn on how to truly rate them, but here goes. My wife took her van in to get 4 new tires on 8/11/26 to the Marion, IN location. A few days after getting new tires she tells me, after running a few errands, that her van is shaking like crazy. After a short review of the van I find out that the lug nuts on 3 of the 4 wheels were not tightened. So loose in fact that the lug nuts came off when I touched them. I didn't have a wrench on them, and didn't try twisting them with my hand, I just touched them, and off they came. One of the 3 wheels was even missing 2 lug nuts. I was absolutely pissed off. Im pretty sure, lug nuts is tire tech 101, day 1 kind of stuff. My 9 year old knows to check and how to tighten lug nuts. This is top notch incompetence at its finest. The only thing I can say is thank whoever was watching over my wife that none of the wheels came off while she was driving, because this would be a whole other storey had that happened. This alone makes me want to give them negative 5 stars, however the story isn't over yet. I got everything tightened and took the van back to the store, and with every ounce of my being managed to talk to the manager instead of walking in yelling and screaming like my brain really wanted to (Ive worked retail management for nearly 20 years and I know first hand that yelling might make you, the customer, feel better in the moment, but it doesn't do anything to solving the problem). After explaining my frustration, he agreed with me that this is unacceptable on every level. The manager drove to the parts store and got new lug nuts. While he was gone he had the staff do a through inspection to make sure no damage had been done, and in my opinion did the best he could to make the situation right. For this I want to give them 2-3 stars, reluctantly though. The only thing that brings it back to 2 stars instead of 3, though I want to go lower, is that one of the techs that reviewed the van stated the low pressure sensor was on for the front driver side tire so he filled them all with air, and said "it might have a puncture" and to keep an eye on it. These are brand new tires, 5 days old and less than 20 miles on them, and they better not be punctured already, also, what do you mean by "might", if you really checked it, you would either know that it does, or does not, its not a hard test to do. Im very torn on this, im giving them 2 stars, but reluctantly so.

Brought my truck in early in the morning for an alignment. After never hearing from anyone I called multiple times to verify my truck was ready, when finally someone answered they said it was ready for pickup. As soon as I see my truck you can tell the tires were not put back properly. Went in and showed the tech my issue with my tuck and he stated that's how it goes, ONLY after they seen I wasn't happy with how the truck was left they tried to claim they were unable to do the alignment ( but had NO ISSUES being done at Belle Tires). DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TAKING YOUR VEHICLETO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT PLACE. This location is very dirty and have small children coming in and out from the back are where tech work on the vehicles. Their SO CALLED customer service is just as UNPROFESSIONAL. No wonder its cheap!!

I asked for new valve stems with my new tires and did not get them. I still have slow leaks in 2 of my tires.

I had good service, but I was very concerned about the toddler the tire barn associate had running around the store while she attempted to watch them.
