  Call center quoted me 35$ per tire regardless if I bought them on my own or from them. I arrive for my appointment only to discover it’s 50$ per tire if you buy your own tires…. After constant friction from the manager I finally got them to agree to 40$ a tire. After picking up my vehicle I discovered the services I paid for were not completed Never received new valve stems… old ones were left in and all my caps were missing NONE of my wheels were balanced… So 1/3 services I paid for were completed me or my buisness will never use this tire shop again…. Still waiting for my refund. Good luck the corporates office service is awful….

  Stopped in today because we had a small trailer tire that the valve stem popped off. Walked in and we were greeted immediately by 2 young ladies and then Levi asked how he could help me and I showed him the tire on the rim and the valve stem just barely hanging on. He looked at me and said. No Problem! Took it back to the shop and just a few minutes later he came back holding it completely fixed and ready for me to go. We are not from around here and I’m still shocked how fast he got it done and we were back on the road. Thank you so much to Levi and those 2 ladies for making it such a fast and pleasant visit. I would recommend anyone to stop by there to have those people take care of you. Thank you so much!!!

  I called and apparently received the “answering call center”. I gave the man my info and size of tire that I needed and he insured me that they had one in stock and scheduled an appointment for 1pm. He stated he would have to send me to a manager for pricing. I was in route once the manger took the call and by the time I arrived I was informed that they did not even have that size tire and it would have to be ordered. Very frustrating!
