  This is a local enterprise used first a year or so ago because of car trouble. The service was good then so I returned last week under similar circumstances. I appreciate how they are open Sundays too. Because of them when choosing a rental car agency elsewhere I will pick enterprise even if it's a few dollars more.

  Very positive experience, filled up the vehicle once and took us all the way to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee….car drove very well

  Frustrations with the return process. What was quoted and agreed upon at checkout was different than what was done upon return (early at that). Giving eRac a chance to make things right - will update review if an attempt is made. I returned a 4 day rental to be paid by my insurance group a day early. When I picked the vehicle up on Friday 6/26 The 4 days were confirmed in the reservation (Friday - Tuesday) via an eRac intern. Returning the vehicle a day early, I was told only 2 days had been authorized & could have the charges on my card "pended" until additional days were authorized. This seems like a branch attempting to charge a vendor an extra day by telling me (3rd party) the contract could not be closed until the next day. On top of that. I was told that eRac didn't have contact info for the INS group. This is simply not true (address is on the contract and for eRac to not have a phone number for a vendor seems a bold lie). Erac maintains contact information for all its corporate partners ESPECIALLY those who have negotiated discounts. I went in with a very positive perception of eRac and left less than impressed. While our company only rents perhaps a dozen times per year, we will most likely move to a non-Erac affiliated company.

  The service I receive at Enterprise is always wonderful! I absolutely adore the staff at the Edison Rd location in Mishawaka…excellent service, positive attitudes, great quality vehicles, nice clean location…they are the best! 🙌🏾 a million gold stars!
