  Trash Service. Had to take 4 trips to this store, "tire tech specialists" are young kids that lie to you, blame you for issues that weren't a problem prior to coming here for the first time ever. One kid admitted that the guy who changed my tire didn't use the proper tools which resulted in scrapes around my lug nuts all the way down to the bare metal and told me to just paint it. He then told me to come back to see the General Manager who took no accountability and also pointed blame towards me for my tire pressure sensor to keep going off. The General Manager had no concern for anything and completely rude, asking me to repeat everything several times because he didn't understand.

  Do not have your cars serviced here. This place purposefully aligned my new tires to a negative tow which makes the tires bow out and cause uneven wear and future problems. They made us come back a second time to fix the alignment they got wrong the first time. They did not replace the valve stems for the new tires until we noticed that they were still the old ones. Spending 1400 dollars here was a mistake that I won't make again. Just because someone receives a discount, doesn't mean you should treat them any worse than anyone else. Stringing us out for 2+ hours until their closing time is rude and bad customer service. We made the second appointment at 830 am for 5 pm and we're still waiting for my car on the racks at 7. Unexceptable. Not to mention their poor handing quality of customer vehicles. Slamming my car into drive, park and reverse is bad on the transmission. But that's beyond their expertise. Save yourself time and stress by going elsewhere. They literally damaged my vehicle while I was writing this.

  I choose this place over Pipe Slinger in Aurora ...bad decision. I was verbally quoted $3000 for 3 catalytic converters. This is a ton of money for me and I have an older car, but I went ahead. Got my car back and within a week it started making a noise. I thought it was my muffler so I took it to Dan's muffler shop in Bright and he put it on a lift and said it was my (new) catalytic converter! AND THAT MY 3RD CONVERTER WAS ORIGINAL. So back to TD in Lawrenceburg and I will say the first guy (Cory) behind the counter was very nice but it was the manager Nick that was soooo rude to me. I told him I was quoted for 3 converters and only got 2! And the first words out of his mouth were "can you prove it?" Nice huh? To a 67 year old lady on social security. They did replace the new converter, as they should but I would NEVER go there again. I was never offered an apology for the bad converter. Or that I had to spend my time coming back to get something fixed. Find another place people. Would not recommend spending your money here. Or time.

  I got a flat coming home from work and rolled into this Tire Discounters location with a donut on less than an hour before close and they got me a new tire put on very quickly! Great customer service! If I could give 10 stars, I would!
