  Extremely disappointed with the service department. I paid over $6,000 for repairs on my truck, yet the original issue is still not fixed. When I tried to get the truck back in to have it addressed, I was completely given the runaround. They kept telling me they were booked out and would call when an opening popped up. I even explicitly asked to just schedule a drop-off date—even if it was three months out—just to get on the calendar, but they refused to set a date. To make matters worse, I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager and was promised multiple callbacks that never happened. Every time I physically stopped by the dealership to get answers, I was told the person I needed to speak with wasn't in. The staff was rude, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional throughout this process. Now I am out $6,000 and still left with an unfixed truck. Taking thousands of dollars and failing to fix a vehicle—while actively dodging customer service—is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and money and take your vehicle somewhere else.

  WASTED OUR TIME. We wanted to look at a Voyager, DEVIN told us they didnt have it but we could drive a Pacifica because they're "interchangeable" (they are not). Test drove it. TWICE. Asked for the VIN number to verify. They knew exactly what vehicle we wanted to purchase. We had to wait until the end of the week for time/childcare reasons to come back and they continually asked us when we could purchase the Pacifica. Waited until the day we were supposed to come back to say it was the "wrong" van and they couldn't possibly sell it for the price we agreed on. Wasted whole week of our time what a scumbag move.

  I had the most best experience with my sales man, Andy, he was awesome from the very beginning, made my car purchasing experience, one of the best ever and then Jesse, the sales manager was nothing short of amazing with helping me with some additional issues I was having and Jason in the service area was very fast, prompt and professional with getting my vehicle fixed and back to me in a timely manner. Thank you so much one of the best dealerships I’ve ever dealt with while purchasing a new vehicle

  Andy was so funny and kind. I loved my duck for my first Jeep. Shilo, was so nice and explained all my paperwork thoroughly and with patience. The manager made sure everyone was playing their part and being professional and was so nice! They told me everyone is family and they sure made me feel like family! The laughs were exactly what I needed!

  Wow, what an amazing experience. Super sweet receptionist, Very helpful and very kind. In a world full of excuses, attitudes and bad energy it’s so nice to find a dealership who actually gives a crap. Thank you so much Jeff Wyler for taking such great care of my car and being so kind to me. Got my car towed here and they got me in and out no issues , were super nice and respectful, and the rates were reasonable! I’ll definitely be referring them , thank you to Jason & Karen !
