  I got my oil changed and tires rotated at Jeff Wyler. It was the worst experience ever!! After I paid they told me there was a small crack in my oil pan but just to watch it and it should be fine! Literally 20 minutes down the road I had to pull over because almost all of the oil already leaked out of my car that they just had put in! I called immediately asking for a refund , not even for the cost of the damage (which was $800 to get fixed somewhere else on top of the $140 for my oil change). I spoke on the phone with the manager Jason and he was very rude to me. He yelled and said I will not get anything because it was my fault!! He then said he would transfer me to someone else and then hung up on me! I have not heard anything from anyone and this was a month ago & $800 for damage plus the $140 oil change that they would not refund me , not even a dime… I have read through other reviews and it looks like I am not the only person they have done this to. I am very disappointed with my experience and will never go back to Jeff Wyler.

  Me and my girlfriend went in and had an amazing time shopping at this dealer . As soon as we arrived we started looking on the lot and was greeted within minutes of starting to look. Dalton greeted me and shook my hand and started getting to Business. I was in no rush to get a vehicle that day, but They definitely had cars that I was looking for. They made it such an easy Process and Jessie and chuck explained everything When it comes to buying . This was my best buying experience from any dealership by far.

  Jeff Wyler dealership was impressive start to finish. From Ben to Mark to Robert and the rest of the team were cordial, professional, courteous. Robert was thorough in explaining financial details. Thankful for this experience to purchase from Jeff Wyler!

  Great service department for Jeep. Willing to drive 30+ miles one way for the service that Eric J. and the other service folks give at Wyler in Lawrenceburg, IN. If you have a problem with your Jeep these folks can help. The service staff all smile and speak to you when you enter the NEW building. I get the feeling that they are happy to work there. There are two Jeep dealerships closer, one is only 5 miles away, but rather be treated well and not be overcharged for service. Last time talked with Mike S. a sales professional, and after talking with him, he has been in the auto sales business for a long time. A dealership just does not have people like those in Lawrenceburg unless they are good to the employees and treat them well. Please make sure that Eric J. and Mike S. get recognized for their customer service.
