  We had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing our Bronco Badlands from Haag Ford, and especially with our salesperson, Thomas. From start to finish, the entire experience was honest, easygoing, and enjoyable. Thomas was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable with our purchase. He was straightforward, professional, and genuinely great to work with. What really stood out to us was the entire dealership. Everyone we encountered was kind, respectful, welcoming, and treated us like family. You could truly feel the family atmosphere throughout the dealership. They even went above and beyond by picking my husband up at the airport, which was such a thoughtful gesture and meant so much to us. There were no hard sales tactics, no surprises, and no unexpected upcharges when we got to the finance office. Everything was explained clearly, and what we were told throughout the process was exactly what we experienced when it was time to finalize the purchase. That level of honesty and transparency is hard to find. We have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years, and Haag Ford is honestly the best dealership we have ever dealt with. The kindness, respect, knowledge, and genuine customer service from the entire team were exceptional. We could not be happier with our Bronco Badlands or with the experience we had at Haag Ford.   Wow , I have bought a lot of cars over the years , been to a lot of dealers , as a Ford employee , I can tell you from our sales man , Donavon Hartman , to the finance dept …… Hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a new Truck .. No BS involved in the whole process , straight foward and honest people …..

  We were greeted by a young man named Dovonan. Super person. No pressure given. Took a test drive. Great car but so use to Chevy’s that is what I decided on . He text to tell me good luck and glad I got what I wanted couldn’t recommend any body more than him. Great guy and great car.
